Arius, the one who did the work, was able to complete the work in a timely manner. The result was good, and my issue was solved. They also came up with a solution so that the issue wouldn't happen again. Whenever I hire someone to do a job, my final question is always: Would I hire them again. The answer, in this case is, yes! It was a pleasure doing business with them. They did a good job for a fair price.

They installed the faucet incorrectly and the drawer would not close because it hit the drain pipe. Which was never an issue in the thirty years we lived in the house. Notified Fireplace & Granite immediately and sent photos and then a video they requested because they were too busy to come see the issue. Days went by with no response. We ended up hiring a plumber to adjust the faucet drain pipe. Our salesman (Travis) instructed us to pay the bill and said they would send a check to cover the repairs. Then nothing but excuses when we asked about the refund. "Only the owner can sign checks and he's on vacation. He will send a check when he get's back in town." Months later and still and no reimbursement. Now they don't bother replying to inquiries. Buyer beware.

Jeff came by and gave us a fair estimate and good recommendations to improve the overall layout of the proposed design. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Jeff helped point out different perspectives that we greatly appreciated. All their crews were booked up with work for several months in advance, which told me that A LOT of people were eager to use this company. Now that the deck is finished I can see why. The quality and craftsmanship is incredible and impressed my general contractor father. You can tell this was a very experienced crew that got the whole project done in a little over a week, which is amazing. We opted to go with a higher tier Trex plank material for its low maintenance and durability. The price was fair (middle of the road from the other estimates I got) but the overall value was outstanding when you see and feel how sturdy and well constructed it is. If you're looking for a new deck, you will not be disappointed with these guys!

I used Yelp projects and ended up with several responses, which led to five contractors coming out to the house to provide estimates. Ng offered the best price and even though their Yelp history is not the deepest, they presented themselves professionally and the Yelp guarantee added an extra layer of confidence, so that is who we chose. The team arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work, and they truly worked, two full days without slowing down even as the short winter daylight made the schedule a little tight. They stayed focused the entire time. My wife and I are very happy with the result. We received exactly what we agreed on and I think they even went a bit beyond. They put up plastic wrap to protect the rest of the space, took all the demolished material with them, and even made the bed in the room when they finished! It was perfection and absolutely worthy of a five star review. These guys were great and they have my full endorsement. [Round number review 100 of 2026 - 4542 in North Carolina - 25290 overall]

After the technician left. I called and called and called and asked for someone to come back quickly to do the job. They offered a return visit 1-3 weeks out. That was too late- by that time the new Gutters would be attached to the house and would impossible to fix unless you remove the new gutter. I was charged with hanging a light fixture they never hung and repairing wood rot that they never repaired. I asked for a refund and I think they were refunded about $30 because they said there was a minimum trip charge of $500! no one mentioned that before, but they enforced it even though it was never disclosed, and even though they never did a repair correctly This is a horrible company run as fast as you can away I attest that these facts are true and accurate with no embellishment.
