We had a bit of a wait time before the work started due to scheduling and weather and Edward always kept us informed of timeline, setting expectations upfront. Once work started, the team was always on time, very pleasant, and very clean. I also asked about fixing a tripping spot at between the top step and the first landing. After discussing the project, we decided to redo the entire first landing. The representative from StoneCraft issued me a quote that did not include the post installation. When I questioned him about this, he assured me that he had just forgotten to put that in, and they would certainly do that, and would not charge for that. They did the new landing on July 5, 2020, and said that they had to wait for the cement to set for 5-7 days before they could drill for the posts. It has been over 9 months and dozens of phone calls, and texts with promises of coming "next week" to finish the posts. Now I don't even get an answer to texts or voicemails!! I would STAY AWAY from this company!!!!
