I've worked with Ashley, office manager, during this period and have found her to be highly professional and willing to listen to my needs. While I have not always been happy when prices have been increased without prior notice, Ashley has shown a willingness to speak with management and often the price has been readjusted downward, to what I deem to be acceptable and a fair level. Overall, I feel the Warren facility meets our needs (we live in Bristol), is well maintained and, probably most important, I feel that Ashley has shown a willingness to work with me on maintaining a fair price, within corporate guidelines. Oh wait, they detailed the car as part of my package and keep an eye on the tire pressures as well. I requested to reserved my spot from their website and I got an email response within an hour.
