While I have not always been happy when prices have been increased without prior notice, Ashley has shown a willingness to speak with management and often the price has been readjusted downward, to what I deem to be acceptable and a fair level. Overall, I feel the Warren facility meets our needs (we live in Bristol), is well maintained and, probably most important, I feel that Ashley has shown a willingness to work with me on maintaining a fair price, within corporate guidelines. Moving crew (Ronilson, Colby, and Felton) arrived on time and did a full days worth of work in about 5 hours. They did not take any breaks or slow down and were extremely attentive to the items they were handling. They had the perfect package for my needs. I like my car started weekly, on a battery tender, and I have a camera access that I can monitor my car anytime I want. What more could I ask for? Oh wait, they detailed the car as part of my package and keep an eye on the tire pressures as well. I requested to reserved my spot from their website and I got an email response within an hour. I'm actually still waiting for a call back from a couple other "high-end" car storage companies that I will never use. I highly recommend using the Car Storage Vault.
