I called regularly regarding the second issue and Joe - the enthusiastic salesman who promised fabulous customer service - stopped answering or returning my calls. Completely ignored me. So I had to call and text the owner, Kenny Vessels, with regularity. I am a nurse and I have everything documented thoroughly in case we needed to go to small claims court. After a lot of excuses a second issue was resolved after 4 months - may not sound too bad, but it still consumed my time and energy. But they promised to replace any warped boards during the roofing process; which they did not do. Two years later we are paying someone else to come fix what Vessels promised they would do to begin with.

We were desperate to get an estimate to negotiate the price of the house, so our realtor recommended we call Scott Barnes at Urgent care Roofing. He met me at the house within an hour of my desperate call and gave me the estimate which I thought was extremely reasonable. We were able to use that estimate to lower the price of the house. Fast forward 3 years, (it took us that long to finally get to replacing the roof) I called Scott, who remembered me, was at our house next day with a very similar price. He had a cancellation and was at our house the following day in between rainy stormy days, with his amazingly efficient crew. within 12 hours our old roof was down rotted wood replaced (with photos) and new shingles perfectly placed.
