We can't say enough great things about Warner Roofing & Restoration!…read more When we discovered a leak in our kitchen, Donell was out to our house that same night to take a look. He was thorough and explained all of our options to us. He was diligent about keeping in contact, sticking to a schedule, and answering all the questions I had. He came to the house and worked alongside the adjustor to document the damage and was quick to get a date set to replace our roof. Working with Warner has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking at roof repairs or replacements! Customer service, quality, and efficiency are what you get when you choose Warner!

Sadly this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. A tree fell on my house June 16th, and…read morethey just finished the job at the end of October. Communication was abysmal and i never got any updates about when things were completed, if there was a hold up, or when work was scheduled unless I text or called them. I had to keep asking about when things would get done and then something would magically get done the next day, and then I wouldn't hear anything for weeks until I'd call or text again to find out when something else was going to be completed. The person handling my repairs was not personable and acted like I was the biggest pain in the ass ever, not the person whose house had a tree fall on it and just wanted it all to be done. I would never suggest anyone use this company unless you want no updates, to be forgotten about, and to be treated like you don't matter.

My mother was a hoarder. The house was a catastrophe of jumbled papers, unwashed dishes with food…read morestill in them, and a large pile of things that are too unpleasant to mention in a yelp review. Let's just say it was a genuine biohazard disaster zone. William (Bill) Swawell of Servicemaster was one of the few people who returned my calls and did me the service of coming out to inspect the space despite the miasma. He and his team did a great job processing large quantities of garbage and biohazard waste but were sensitive and careful enough to pick out all of the treasures (ie old family photos, important documents, even loose change) buried amongst it. He has stayed involved with clean up projects and helping me to manage a lot of work that still needs to happen at the house; it is essential to have someone I can trust doing this work since I am out of state and cannot directly supervise. Bill has earned my trust for the quality of his work and equally important his honesty; he refunded the unspent portion of our initial deposit down to the penny. I hope you don't need ServiceMaster...it's a disaster mitigation service and no one wants a disaster. But when (not if) disaster hits you will want a team like Bill and ServiceMaster DSI involved in putting your life, home, and/or business back in order.
