I just want to give a shout-out to Dave and Stacy of Longship RV Support…read more I have had an Aqua-Hot problem with my motorhome since new. I have owned it for about 7 months now. Dave and Stacy came to my RV site and, in just a couple of hours, had it working the way it should. This is after I spent a Month at a dealership and had about 75% of the parts in the unit replaced. I do not normally give praise to companies for doing what they say they do, as it is expected, but Longship was outstanding. Dave and Stacy were at my site exactly at the time we agreed on, and even setting up an appointment was great. Dave's workmanship is OUTSTANDING! This is not something I say very often as I'm a retired engineer, but he totally impressed me. His knowledge of the system was also well above what one would expect from a mobile repair guy. I have been all over this great country with my RVs, and I can truly say that the people in and around Sevierville, TN, who have an RV of any sort, are very lucky to have a company like Longship in the area!

(lol) Well, needless to say if you don't know what you're doing it can be disastrous but when you have a husband and wife team that own a RV repair company in the neighborhood also known as Longship RV and repair Camper life just got a whole lot easier especially when I call and they're able to take care of me that same day or for sure the next. They are very professional, very knowledgeable and inexpensive. No job too big or too small. Hell they even came and unlocked my camper when I misplaced my key. They are very dependable and I would trust them with anything I've got in my camper. thank you longship RV and repair we love you guys.

I have only great things to say about the entire experience. I had a lot of questions, via email or text, before our scheduled appointment. Mike was terrific about getting right back to me with all of the answers I needed, and was very clear about the pricing of my project. We sure appreciated being able to stay onsite overnight, with full hookups, so that our rig could be there early in the morning for our scheduled appt. During the process, Mike stayed in touch, letting me know about the truss repair. They took many photos during the work, which were provided to us afterwards. We were given all the details of the work completed and were taken upstairs to where we could view the finished roof and ask any questions. We were able to stay an additional night on site after the roof was done, since it was later in the day when it came out of the shop, so we could get an early start the next morning. It has now been 7 months since the installation, and we haven't had a single issue or concern. We've had a few heavy rainstorms and zero trouble. It's much quieter inside when it rains, and it also seems to retain heat and cool better with the added thickness of the roof to insulate the rig. The roof still looks new and hasn't even needed to be cleaned yet. That's a dramatic improvement over the old TPO roof that looked dirty within a few weeks of washing it. The fact that we no longer have to deal with maintaining sealant on and around the roof anymore is a huge benefit to this type of roof. It was really nice to work with a business where everyone was focused on doing excellent professional work in a timely manner with fantastic communication. I highly recommend TN RV Flexarmor to anyone considering a roof for their RV. And to those concerned about getting there. Yes, it is a 2 lane winding road to get there, but it's perfectly safe and of standard road size. We had no issues towing our 32 ft travel trailer on the route Mike told us to use.
