Dave and Stacy came to my RV site and, in just a couple of hours, had it working the way it should. This is after I spent a Month at a dealership and had about 75% of the parts in the unit replaced. I do not normally give praise to companies for doing what they say they do, as it is expected, but Longship was outstanding. Dave and Stacy were at my site exactly at the time we agreed on, and even setting up an appointment was great. Dave's workmanship is OUTSTANDING! This is not something I say very often as I'm a retired engineer, but he totally impressed me. His knowledge of the system was also well above what one would expect from a mobile repair guy. I have been all over this great country with my RVs, and I can truly say that the people in and around Sevierville, TN, who have an RV of any sort, are very lucky to have a company like Longship in the area!

My 2 year old ac unit went out. Then it will kick on maybe. I told them about it. They came out and charged me for a second service call along with a thermostat. That wasn't cheap either. It still didn't help. I went in and talked to the service guys, and a few different employees at the front desk. They were NO Help! Once they got my 3000 for a crap unit and thermostat they didn't even acknowledge my existence. I am super grateful there are alternatives now instead of getting stuck getting ripped off by Rick's rv. Lesson learned, and now I tell everyone how crappy they treated me, people now go elsewhere because there way better choices now. When you come to sevier county with your rig, do NOT call Rick's. They will cheat you. Go elsewhere.

Over the years, we have always felt like we've been ripped off, taken advantage of or price gouged.
