Now, I've stomped a lot of cemeteries in my day but there's just something...unusual...about this…read moreone. True that in it's day it was more like a park than a cemetery with its sprinkler system, well house, two seat outhouse and actual park donated by the Strang family. But the water dried up in 1940 and now the place has a sort of abandoned feel to it even though it's very much cared for. The well house and the outhouse make a creepy central feature, one unlike anything I've ever experienced in any cemetery before. Crumbling, rubble-strewn, abandoned, the well house is unbelievably scary in the fall when darkness falls early over the place. The Southern fence is caving in and I can't help but feel when I'm in there that the woods behind the cemetery want the two areas to merge. The graves date back to the 19th century and it's an excellent place to get a glimpse of Lake county history. It's just a few miles North of Gurnee and it's a place you simply have to visit when your up in Lake County. Caught a picture of an orb in there once that you can see on my blog, as well as a video tour of the cemetery and the creepy well house. Just go to http://gravestomper.blogspot.com/ and click on the Millburn Cemetery video. The orb picture is in the blog below it.

They were clean and tidy and professional the whole time and were in and out like clockwork even after some additional work was requested once they were on site. I knew the last-minute change might not be possible, but they accommodated it without any fuss which I recognize is not always possible, but they managed to work it out even staying a little later to accomplish it knowing I only had one day on site to do so, while being professional about the additional charges ... no gouging and a fair price for the service rented. I can't recommend them enough!

They sealcoated our driveway on 7/15. While it initially looked fine once dry, tire marks formed at the entrance within days, and more marks appeared on the main driveway shortly after. When we called to get it resolved, the owner Raul came out on 7/22 and completely deflected responsibility, claiming the damage was due to someone overturning their wheels. He stated he could fix it, but expected us to pay for a second application. Very poor customer service with no accountability--look elsewhere for your sealcoating needs. See photos my driveway has never looked so bad!
