However since then the patio has begun to crack and grass has started to come through different parts of the patio. I have tried to get in touch with them on numerous occasions and I did not get a response. I call no one ever ansewers the phone. So I text them and finally they responded. I asked them if they would do the repairs especially since it has been less than a year and he said yes he will. Now trying to schedule him to come out and do the repairs they do not respond again. I would not recommend this company because they are not responsive bad customer service and they obviously do not stand behind their work.

From the ground the stainless-steel cap looked fine and the cover was not rusted. I called another licensed company (Chimney Sweep Clean) and they looked at the chimney and said no repairs were necessary. I t looked at the pictures and it was clear no work needed to be done. At another location, John said I needed new heat panel inside the stove. The other contractor said they were ok. My suggestion, do not use this contractor.
