Even better, he did so in about 3 hours on a Saturday. On top of that that, he did the job for about half of what the Dodge dealer was asking (my wife) for. Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). Rory Cox 1 review 47…read moreminutes ago New UPDATE NEGATIVE REVIEW AS OF 03-17-25: I regret to inform against my better judgement, that I again gave frank an opportunity to perform better customer relations despite the previous problems with poor customer service. Today I took my 26" rim in to have a new tire mounted to only leave once again completely disgusted, feeling violated, and angry as hell after the unprofessional comments of their so called sales manager frank. They had a 65yr old man changing the tire who put the rim on the machine face down and was moving it around and turning the table and completely destroyed the face of my rim. The older gentleman told frank how it happened and franks response to me was " I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU" , this coming after I even went in and questioned him about trying to mount the rim face down on the machine and he assured me " THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME, ITS FINE! HE OWNED HIS OWN TIRE SHOP IN FLORIDA FOR YEARS, HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING!" Clearly my concerns were validated as they did in fact destroy my rim by doing exactly what I questioned frank about and tried to get him to prevent from happening. After confronting frank with the damage to the rim and him telling me I don't know what to tell you and we've never had this happen before he then continued to push me off by saying hed call management and get back to me later, of course as of now i havent heard from him. Next step is calling Detroit to talk to owners myself and if no progress is made there I'll be obligated to file civil litigation in court due to their negligence. PLEASE FOLKS IF YOU CAN AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE, BY ALL MEAN NECESSARY, DO JUST THAT AS THE NEGATIVE OUT WEIGHS THE POSITIVE AS THIS PLACE IS RAN AND OPPERATED BY THE BIGGEST CON ARTIST AND HALFWAY CROOKS EVER, WITH NO INTELLIGENCE WHAT SO EVER. Honoring your work and products is what keeps returning Customers. I will now return for my other vehicles and my 64 chevy build. Thank you for the Professionalism. PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW: If I could leave zero stars I would. Almost $3000 for rims and tires put them on and truck shakes and vibrates. Find a bubble on the sidewall of one of tires and he tells me there's no warranty all I can do is buy a new tire. To save argument I agree to pay dealer cost, at $111 and he ordered me a new tire for the following Saturday, today. Show up and this guy sold my tire to another customer and informs me after I drove a hour to get the tire, then proceeds to try and put a used tire on brand new rims and tires I just bought. HALFWAY CROOKS, ran with a handful of ignorance. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, there is way better options than these con artist. 8
