One day I stopped in to buy a gift with thirty dollars to spend. The owner basically brushed me off in a cavalier way saying there really wasn't anything in her store for that price. She didn't try to work with me. She was also rude to her employee who had helped me buy clothing in the past. I will not shop there anymore. I then drove to Litchfield and shopped at Workshop, Inc. The choices extensive. I found the perfect gift there. I then purchased over five hundred dollars worth of clothing for myself and for upcoming gifts. The lady that helped me was wonderful. She spent a long time with me and gave honest opinions on the items. I have since had great experiences at Workshop.

On a recent visit with my daughter, all three staff including the owner stopped everything they were doing to help my daughter find a few new pieces to begin her new job. They carefully chose items which not only fit my daughter perfectly, but reflected her personality and age. They also took the time to tell her how she could create other outfits with items she had at home. The wonderful women at Cathyb care about fashion for sure, but their kind attention leaves me, and now my daughter, feeling great inside and out!! Don't miss this shop if you are in Woodbury.

Much to my surprise this was the BEST Torrid that I've ever been to!!! Granted it wasn't busy but there was also only one woman working and I wasn't "the only" person in the store. This woman's name was "Lexi". I wonder if maybe she was the manager because she was super professional while being so sweet!!!! I will honestly go to this Torrid location whenever I need to shop at Torrid!!!! She made my day while it was so dreaded before!! Thank you Lexi!

Not only did I not buy anything, but my two friends didn't buy anything either, even though they both also found some really awesome things. The reason we made no purchases is because of the prices. $50 for a light summer top or $100 for a simple cotton dress. Although the items were cute, the quality didn't justify the prices. One of the tops we looked at was actually unraveling a bit at the seam. I'm quite good at repairing clothing and don't mind less than perfect quality but when I'm paying top dollar I expect top quality. I wouldn't consider buying anything at Torrid unless the prices are significantly reduced.

They sell Kinder chocolate eggs but I don't recommend buying it there because it was $5 when you can go across the street to Aldi's for way cheaper. Overall, an affordable store to get some cute clothes and shoes!

The dark haired pillowy woman with the plastic face, aggressive eyelashes and inflatable lips feigned interest as well as she rolled her eyes. The two would shoot each other looks and practically giggle. What are they, 12 year olds? Definitely too old looking to be high school girls and should act more appropriately. They also gave the impression they were better than those shopping there. Really, after all they are just sales clerks. Carter's used to stand for more than just clothing, it used to also stand for the personal attention as well. Employees like that usually find themselves terminated, but at the very least should not work together if that's what they present for customer service when they do.
