While working, I drove past Posh Pony and made a mental note to go check it out at the end of the day. Sadness, as they had closed at 5:30. So, on my way out of town the next day I made a stop in, and was so happy that I did. Posh Pony has such an ecclectic mix of styles that are appealing to all different personality types. There were more sexy "going out" clothes, but also well tailored items that could pass for work. The girl working was very nice, and didn't mind at all that I had to look at everything. I would give Posh Pony more stars if I could, just for the fact that they are in Midland.

The dress itself was great, but I assume when they altered the top, they damaged the fabric. I didn't try on the dress after the minor alterations, so imagine my surprise to find the damaged fabric when I looked at it shortly before my event. They claimed to have fixed it, but all they did was pull one of the snagged threads to the back side of the dress. The snags are still visible. Despite contact with the Midland store manager and the owner in San Antonio, I have not heard one word of regret or an offer to remake the dress. This was very expensive and is a total loss for me.

I think it is important to consider that this is a mall in Midland. You can't expect anything super fancy like what you would see in a major city. The mall itself is clean and well-maintained with no weird smells or anything like that. It seems like the stores themselves are well-managed as well. They seem to keep their stock up to date and organized. The food court is disappointing with not a lot of options at all. The options that are there aren't great but, again, keep in mind where you are. The vendors are annoying and will come up to you and offer shoe cleanings and samples but if you tell them "no" most of them will just back off. The parking lot feels packed and a bit claustrophobic but it's not a huge deal.

Flat sunny parking lots which are of no charge. Ensure that your vehicle is locked. It is not the cleanest or most luxurious is the Lone Star state. I'll be back.
