My husband and I are moving to Athens, NY so we chose 9W Storage because it is close to where we will be living and their reviews were top notch. I've communicated mostly with Paula, who was so helpful and kind, but her husband, Mike was just as nice, making a stressful situation stress-free. We rented a 10x20, but then needed a secondary unit. They didn't have a 10x20 as we requested, but they offered (2) 10x10, which we agreed to.
