Workout was great today! Only 30 minutes and I feel great. Trainers are awesome and really push you to your limit.

I signed up for a 7-day pass during my trip…read more Since it was my first time, I had to go through the whole spiel with the front desk staff. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was extremely friendly. He checked my strength, flexibility, etc. At the end, when he asked if I had any questions, I asked him to help me on the leg press and he did! He suggested other workouts I should do afterwards. I came during the day time, when it wasn't busy and in the afternoon when it was busy. Both times were pleasant. NO ONE slammed their weights!! Was there a lunk alarm?? Everyone seemed respectful of others around them, asking if they can jump in between sets. However, wiping down equipment seemed to be a foreign concept here. They have the standard equipment that would be at every gym. All the weights are on the first level and the dreaded cardio on the second level...although the stairmasters are on the first. They also have cycles throughout the gym, I was excited to hop on one for the first time in years. Can I just take a moment and point out the old and rusty machines?? This isn't my home gym, but still...why haven't they been replaced? I get that they aren't broken or in need of repair, but all that rust can't possibly be good. The bathroom/locker room areas were surprisingly clean. Would I return? Maybe...when I'm back in the area.

They will shut off the jacuzzi without any notice or sign posted if the aqua class is going on. Margie likes to scream at people and act like she's a major shot caller, even though you are the one paying for the gym membership. Don't waste your time here!!

When I inquired about the status of the women's sauna, the front desk representative proactively checked on it, which I appreciated. There are plenty of machines available now that the Missouri City location is open, making workouts more efficient and less crowded. I especially enjoy the recording room, the theatre, and the Shark Tank recovery room, which add unique value to the overall experience. The showers are decent, though they could benefit from more frequent cleaning and more consistent replenishment of body wash. The instructors are wonderful--especially Frieda. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her; she is knowledgeable, motivating, and a standout asset to the gym.

I've been a member at EōS Aliana for about a year, but after moving, my friend and I wanted to…read morestart working out together and meet in the middle. Since I have the Willpower membership and can go to any location, I suggested the Sugar Land location. She decided to sign up there on her own, and that's when everything started to go wrong. After she signed up, she was offered a "free" personal training session, and we decided to do it together. During that session, we worked with a trainer named Joseph and made it very clear multiple times that we were on a budget and could not commit to anything long-term. He reassured us more than once that we would be able to cancel at any time. He even apologized later and tried to make up for the confusion by offering another "free" session, but by that point the situation had already gone too far. That reassurance is the only reason we agreed. As soon as we realized the cost wasn't manageable, we came back in person to cancel--multiple times. Each time, we were left waiting for long periods with little to no help, while staff stood around and watched. On top of that, no one ever answers the phone, which makes it nearly impossible to get assistance without physically coming in. The way we were treated during this process was honestly shocking. Instead of being helped, we were met with resistance and dismissiveness. The fitness manager, Mac, went as far as implying that we were "scamming" simply because we were trying to cancel--based on what we were clearly told when we signed up. That was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. At no point were we trying to take advantage of anything. We were just acting on the information that was given to us upfront. The lack of accountability and communication has made this situation way more stressful than it ever needed to be. I will say the general manager took the time to listen, which I appreciated, but there has been no follow-up since then. Honestly, the most disappointing part of all of this is that my friend was treated so poorly after I was the one who recommended this gym to her. What should have been a positive experience for both of us turned into something stressful and upsetting. After this experience, we will not be returning to this location at all. I will either continue going to EōS Rosenberg, switch to another gym like Amped Fitness, or possibly cancel my membership altogether. This was just a horrible experience overall. If you're considering signing up for personal training here, make sure everything is clearly explained in writing before agreeing to anything. Verbal promises do not seem to match how things are handled later.

Well I've been coming here for about 6 months, I'm disabled and use a power chair, one thing I've…read morenotice is when I arrive, almost always there are these big lifted 4x4 pickups parked in the handicapped parking spots, I'm drive a big Van and I need that extra room to load/unload my chair. One day I came out and found someone parked their motorcycle on the striped lanes between a car and my van, I had to ask a stranger to back my van out so I could get in. Also you do not have push button door openers, most of the time I'm lucky and either staff or a stranger would open the doors for me but there have been times when I was ignored by staff and patrons. Also I would like to see wheelchair height accessible work out tables so us wheelchair users can transfer to the table and do our exercise that we might normally do on the floor but are not able to transfer to the floor and get back into their chairs. Also, this is a bit personal but yall need private areas with a shower and changing table etc. some of us have personal issues such as not wanting to be embarrassed because we have to wear certain types of protection IE: Diapers or colostomy bags, Foley catheters and leg bags, I'm sure you get the picture. I feel rather uncomfortable, intimidate etc when I have too lay out on a bench after showering just to put my diapers on in front of all these young and grown men and being watched and occasionally a child. I hear the chuckles and the snickers. My suggestion is if you can build a special shower room or perhaps install a height adjustable changing table with a privacy curtain in the regular locker room. I also take issue with the fact that the handicapped stall isn't wide enough to accommodate my chair and myself and 9 times out of 10. Someone who isn't handicapped has taken up residency in the handicapped stall and is just sitting there playing with their phone knowing fully well that I'm wanting to use that stall, I see this all the time, there will be two stalls open and the non handicap person will take the handicap stall. Now on to safety, I like to enjoy the steam room and sauna, but they are lacking safety rails inside them, these are slip hazards, they do make rubber floor mats for that as well. I like using the pool but must of the time the water is too cold for me and many of the older users, it causes our muscles to spasm and can be quite painful. We like the hot tub, but what we don't like is the 10 min timer, we no more get back into the hot tub and we have to get out and start it again unless someone nice comes along and does it for us. Last but not least, I would like to see the Rosenberg location turned into a 24 hour location with a his and her Steam room and sauna. I understand that the Sugar Land location is 24/7 and has steam room/saunas in each locker room. I also wanted to add this, the cycling room needs a couple of recumbent bicycles so people like myself who are disabled can participate in group classes, I also noticed that in the other group exercise room, everyone is on the floor, I can't get down onto the floor, if a couple of padded benches were added, people such as myself would be able to benefit from the group exercise's.

First time at this location and whew!…read more First 10 mins I was distraught at how poorly designed this place was.. overly congested with equipment placement + people.. Not enough open space-- people are seated/working out in the way of the weights-- inconvenient. Like literally no space in the common area, kinda looked like a safety hazard. Whoever designed this needs to never design again. I will say they had a good amount of free weights throughout, smith machines in their upper room, massage rollers & trx bands. Lovely lovely staff though, & they actually have a pool.

Lifetime has been a staple gym in sugar land for as long as I can remember. Yes, LT memberships are…read moreexpensive, but you are paying for the experiences and all the services that Lifetime has to offer. Personally, I play a ton of pickleball so having SL lifetime as my home gym (where there's now 3 indoor courts and 13 outdoor courts) has allowed me to enjoy the game that I love. I have also been taking spin classes every week and enjoy exploring the myriad of classes that Lifetime offers outside of spin. I feel like nothing beats a gym like this, where I can get pickleball, fitnesses classes, weight training, cafe/study space, indoor and outdoor pools, and recovery equipment all in one place. Sure, sugar land LT is on the older side, but this membership lets you explore all other LTs in the nation (depending on your tier), so if you're on the fence about starting a membership, this is your sign to do so!!

I have been a loyal member of Life Time since the Sugar Land club first opened, and I am extremely…read moredisappointed by the direction the company has taken--especially regarding pricing. Every single year since COVID, there has been a membership increase, and at this point it feels less like "premium service" and more like taking advantage of long-standing members. I recently received notice that my monthly dues will increase from $239 to $279, effective January 1, 2026. The message claimed this was somehow a benefit because my rate is "$70 below new members." After supporting this club since day one, I don't believe I should be paying anywhere close to what new members pay--much less enduring constant annual increases. Where is the appreciation for loyal, tenured members who helped build this club from the ground up? Life Time's response feels dismissive and out of touch. Being told that the price hike is part of their "commitment to a premium membership experience" is honestly frustrating. The experience hasn't changed enough to justify these repeated increases, and loyalty clearly doesn't matter here. I've enjoyed being part of this community for years, but it's disappointing to see that long-term members are treated no differently than new sign-ups. I will be giving my 30-day notice and transitioning to EOS Fitness, which is covered by my health insurance and actually values its members. Life Time used to be worth it. Now, it's just overpriced--loyalty not required, apparently.
