You're also able to let the instructors know if you have specific goals and they will make modifications to your workout even while in the group class. The energy at the gym is so high you can't help but come in and be ready to work. Not sure if this is still a thing, but if I went during a time where my friend and I were the only ones there it was considered one of our classes. They didn't try to up charge it as personal training. All in all I really love this gym I only stopped membership when I moved and it was no longer convenient. Members and coaches, the coaches are a good group, lots of good energy. I found this gym from an old client of mine who used to live in the neighborhood and she always raved about all inspired. I think that alone says a lot about a place and the people that make it what it is and the impact it leaves on the community. They also offer group classes, have a sauna, cold plunge, cardio machines, showers if you're in a rush after your workouts and offer free parking as well!

Instantly when I started taking classes at Facet Seven I appreciated the community and friendliness at the front desk, members, and the instructors as well. I mainly take Stefani's barre, yoga, and ABC class but also have enjoyed HIIT and strengthcon with Emma. Stefani is a bright light and makes working out so fun but also challenging. Emma similarly looks to challenge but is also motivating and provided me modifications when needed with an injury, looking out for me when I didn't realize I could re-injure something without even knowing. The gym has a variety of equipment but is on the smaller side, so it's easier to see and get to know regulars in your class but also meet new people. Highly recommend!

Both classes I worked up a healthy sweat and had full body soreness the next day(s). They also offer Versaclimber classes, which I've yet to try, but the clients that walk out of that class are always drippin' in sweat! My kid goes to swim here for the British School of Swim so all I can speak about are parking,…read morewomen's locker room facilities, and the pool. Parking is ample but can be weirdly shaped walking wise because of how it's set up. Also, all sidewalks cut off by the building because a ramp has been placed or something else. Facility is always clean and people are always friendly. I absolutely love the showers. Hot water comes out immediately and there are DOORS! I wish there were hooks on the outside of the showers but there is one inside. It's not ideal when you're trying to stay dry to keep your bag in the shower with you but it is what it is. The floor is relatively dry so you can always place it outside the door too. I think they use a smidge too much chlorine in the water because my kid still has that faint odor even after a double soap washing. Our old place of swim, LA Fitness did not use that much chlorine which I really liked. Anyway, they need more benches and chairs around the pool for the parents and visitors. Other than that, a good place.

They explicitly told me the annual fee was included in the one-time $325 charge. I gave them my card on March 23 and the $325 was taken out. On March 31 the front desk told me my membership had been refunded. I was confused because I never saw the money back in my account. I called support and specifically asked: if there would be no late fees, could I wait a day or two for the refund to post? They said yes. April 2 I finally saw the $325 back in my account and immediately called to re-do the payment. A day or two later I was hit with a $16 late fee from 24 Hour Fitness anyway. I called support again -- they said the refund was "not their problem" and I should have paid on time, even though I had asked about late fees in advance. Then on April 7 they charged me another $70 annual fee. I called and explained the salesperson had told me the annual fee was already included in the $325 promo price. They doubled down. At that point I said I would only cancel the membership if I got a full refund of both the $325 yearly payment and the $70 annual fee. The rep put me on hold, canceled the membership, then came back and said I could only get the $325 back -- not the $70. I have the entire call recorded. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today and I'm also disputing both charges with my bank. Lesson learned: Just do month-to-month here. Their system errors + surprise fees + broken promises are not worth it. I wish I could post my Audio recording. But I know the BBB will like to hear it
