Let me just say I love my Pilates practice with Club Pilates. I am in my early 50's and I can't…read moreemphasize enough how important it is to work on our mobility...especially as we age. I never knew I had any athletic bone in my body (my parents pushed academics in high school) until my early 20's when I started going to the gym. I became the biggest gym rat spending 2-3 hours a day doing weights and various group exercise classes. I've participated in all the trending hits throughout the years (TKD, Tae-bo, kickboxing, step aerobics, regular aerobics, running, spinning/cycling, ashtanga yoga, Zumba, Orange Theory, HOTWORX, functional fit, HIIT, CrossFit and all the variety of Les Mills programming) and after having done ALL of that, I have found Pilates to be truly my thing right now. My body has been through a lot. Pilates gives me the chance to still get an amazing, challenging workout at a different level. Anyone who says Pilates is too easy, means they really have not embraced a true Pilates workout. I say this because even the lower level classes can still be challenging...it all depends on the person...how slow you take the movement, hold the pose and breathe. Classes go from level 1 to 2.5 with a variety of disciplines like reformer flow, suspend (TRX use), control, cardio sculpt or center & balance. You learn how to really engage the muscles very differently and I always appreciate the corrections from the instructors. I strive to have correct form and posture to make the most of every workout. So many of my other activities have improved because of my incorporated Pilates practice....walking, stepping, weights, spinning...and best of all, skiing! I even got my girl tribe introduced into Pilates and now they love it as well! I literally go through Pilates withdrawals and even vacation with the girl tribe fitting in a destination Pilates (CP preferred, wink-wink) class if possible. I love my practice of Pilates. I love how strong my body has changed and how I can execute strength & flexibility moves that I used to admire in others that I can also now do. I love the compliments I get, "like your pike looks great" or "you got it"! I love my teachers and my studios. I totally recommend anyone to try and incorporate Pilates into their fitness routine. Mobility is everything.

I'm back, and honestly, I'm feeling confused…read more After being relocated because my previous studio closed, I was hesitant to continue my membership. However, after attending a few classes, I changed my mind because the atmosphere finally felt like the OrangeTheory experience I know--full classes, great energy, and coaches who were genuinely engaged and passionate about what they do. I left for a month, only to return to a completely empty studio. I then learned that all of the coaches had left. Now I'm back to small classes and an entirely new coaching staff. The few classes I've taken have been enjoyable, but without members filling the room, it's missing the energy and motivation that OrangeTheory is known for. Had I known the full situation before signing up for the promotion, I likely would not have renewed. If this studio ends up closing because of ongoing coaching or membership issues, I will not be relocating again or renewing my membership.

Boxing not only provided the most intense fitness for my body's physiology but the best mental therapy in its existence. Coaches Adrian, Val, Logan, Ryan and Aden provided instruction and motivation, for me to acquire the skills of not only self-defense but, confidence, coordination, agility, reflex, stamina, and knowledge in the world's most physically demanding sport. Luz Ortiz's gym and her staff are very welcoming to all students of all skill levels. I feel welcomed enough to consider BOXBEAT as a sanctuary for the reality of everyday life. I have lost 40+ pounds in 8 months through the avenues of consistency of dieting and exercise that BOXBEAT has provided. You will never find a better stress relief than boxing, and this gym has its own champions in the making for those that pursue that route. Discipline, Respect, Mental toughness, Self-Control, and the ability to deal with fear are all very challenging hard skills and challenges to get through and acquire. This place provided it for me. In conclusion BOXBEAT provided me with a passion for the tough world of boxing. I never found passion on anything else other than this, and once you find your passion, it's like falling in love all over again. Thank you BXBT staff! - Matt Lalinde

I signed up for the 6 week 20 lb challenge and just finished my 6 weeks yesterday and lost 25.7 lbs, yay! The Camp has exceeded my expectations. Plain and simple, stick with the program and you will see the results. The trainers (Julia, Nikki, and Charles) do a phenomenal job pushing you to challenge yourself in ways you didn't think possible. What I like about coming here is there's people on all different fitness levels but one common goal: to be healthy and fit. The 6 week challenge is tough as you will follow a strict diet as well as attending daily fitness classes. Luckily you have support every step of the way and it feels great to watch the pounds shed and your endurance grow. It's been amazing to see how much I really am capable of. The camp's motto is simple and sums it up perfectly: Stay Fit Don't Quit!
