I've been working with Adriana for about a month and a half…read more I think I'm a pretty unique situation, first of all I had been bed bound for a 3 months earlier this year (due to a complication with a tumor treatment), I'm missing lots of bone/muscle/other tissue in my gluteus maximus area (due to surgeries relating to the tumor), and I'm just pretty overweight :(. While weight loss and 'looking better' is important to me .... my main goal was/is to increase my stamina/strength. I could hardly get up stairs to my bedroom when I started with her. And I can actually jog again (a little) and this past weekend, I went white water rafting for the first time in a couple years. I can definitely tell how much stronger I am -- I have a lot more work to do but Adriana is very kind and encouraging as she pushes me to continue getting even stronger. And I'm super appreciative for my time with her -- it is always well spent.

We arrived 15 minutes before our cycling class/session started. The staff took us in a tour and explained how everything worked. I have done hot yoga before but nothing like that this. It was definitely warm when you walked into the room. As the class/session continued the hotter it got. The room never became unbearable. Our class was for 15 minutes bad we both got a great sweat. I would totally recommend trying this place out!

Such a cool experience!!…read more I walked in and was instantly greeted by 3 super sweet and welcoming ladies!! They were so incredibly friendly and walked me through the entire process. We got my forms filled out and headed to the back for a quick tour. Their space is super neat! I've never seen so many saunas in my life! It was so interesting to hear about the different health benefits from the saunas and workouts that they offered. I got set up in my cycling sauna and was told that it was a 15 minute class. (Shorter than most workouts they have) It was perfect! I love saunas in general and love sweating. But the combined workout felt great! I don't do cycling very often...or at all. So my legs were a bit wobbly after getting off the bike. AND I WAS SWEATY. Such a fast and easy little burn! I will be back FOR SURE!

More strength and confidence…read more I did the D1 28-day shred challenge because I was tired of making excuses to not start my fitness journey. I had googled many local gyms and D1 was the only one that felt different. I loved the variety of workouts and never got bored. The coaches were amazing and encouraged everyone in the class to push themselves, but also never hesitated to give modifications if I was struggling. At the end of 28 days, I am far from shredded but I am faster and stronger than before and more importantly, I have the discipline and motivation to keep going! -L. Daniel

DO NOT give your credit card to D1! They overcharged us (I believe purposely - see remaining for…read moreexplanation). The local manager, Jonathan Ladd, continuously lies about issuing credits. My intuition is that Jonathan is given an incentive such as a bonus or commission from corporate and relies on people not tracking the exact costs of what they should be paying. We are still owed money from months ago and when we approach Jonathan about it, we receive a very unprofessional snarky repose that he is "AS I TOLD YOU, I'm going to do it but it takes time" which is an outright lie because it has been over a month and he has issued some but not all credits that he admits is owed to us. Again, I believe he is playing this game to pad his numbers on other people's expense which is stealing and goes against their contract with their credit card processor. It's a shame because the program and the facility is great but Jonathan brings an awful stain on the organization.

The gym looked decent, but they have an insanely restrictive lead climbing policy. You'd expect to…read morebe able to show up, pay for a day pass, take a lead certification test, then go climb. Unlike all other climb gyms in the world, that's not how this process works at Climb. There's no walk in certs. You have to make an appointment, sometimes a week in advance for a Tuesday or Thursday time slot. The test itself is supposedly 45 minutes. There was a competition here hosting some of the best youth climbers in the country. They lead climbed in the gym for 2 days. After the comp was over, and once the gym opened up to the public, the kids were not allowed to get back on the walls to climb the routes that were set for them. Why? Because they weren't certified to lead in the gym. That's weird because they were just in your gym climbing those exact routes with the blessing of your management who organized the event, but OK, let's get them certified. Sorry, you have to make an appointment for next week. Next week? There are tons of people working here. None of them can certify these kids who traveled from out of state? No. It actually defies logic.
