It's a bit pricier than other gyms, but is always way cleaner. We have an app that allows us in after staff hours, so only members can go in for a true 24/7 experience. Only gripe is that I wish it was a little bigger during the times when personal trainers have their classes, but we make it work. Staff is also A1. For your first visit you need to go in during staffed hours but they will set you up with guest passes, which were extremely reasonable $. You can also pay a bit more and obtain 24/7 access. The staff was friendly and the owner even introduced himself during his workout; that tells me a lot about the culture they try to create for their members. They have have a ton of equipment with stuff upstairs and down. Most equipment is plate loaded or free weights with just a few plate stack machines. It's a different brand (Arsenal) but much of their equipment is "Hammer Strength" style. There are two bathrooms upstairs (with showers) and two downstairs. If I were to give any criticism, it would be that equipment needs to be wiped down and facility needs a deep clean. There is a lot of dust and grim on equipment where lifters don't make contact with the machines or the floor. That said overall cleanliness was completely fine!

Since I'm in from out of town and am already familiar with OTF workouts, you'd think I'd be a welcomed addition to a class that still has spots available. The reason they provide is to encourage local people to join early. Since I'm already a member (founding member at another location), you'd think they could have let me complete the workout instead of removing me from the class. We had a party reservation for 12pm and arrived 25 minutes early…read more We knew we wouldn't be able to set up until 15 minutes ahead of the party time, so I wanted to check in and see if anything was needed and where we would be setting up once the time came. No one was at the front desk and there was a note to call a number if no one was available. I called, no answer. At 20 minutes until start time I went in when I saw someone working the desk. I spoke with her and she advised it was her first time working a party and she wasn't sure of the procedure. She walked me to an area and said I think this is where you'll be. I asked if we could set up at the tables and she said she didn't know. The bathroom was locked she said she would have to check and see how to get in. She said everyone there needed to fill out a waiver. I asked if just the swimmers should do that and their parents. She said every person in the building needed one. I said typically a waiver of liability is just for the swimmers or participants and she said "don't be difficult about it - I was told everyone needed them so just fill them out". She then walked away. Ad guests began to arrive she advised everyone should rinse before entering the pool. The kids did and one jumped in. It was 11:53 and the party was scheduled from 12-2. She said everyone out of the pool - it's not your party time yet. We had them get out and wait. The lady then advised she was also doing therapy in another area and was working double duty and went to another room. The toilet in the restroom looked rotten and guests were not able to use it. I messaged the owner and asked for a call back. I advised of the difficulty we'd had and my frustration. He said, "I'm sorry for the hiccup- I thought she'd be smoother than that". He said it was a hectic weekend bc of the holiday and many people were out of town. We had no more contact with the woman from check in until she showed back up while my daughter was opening gifts at 1:44 and said the next party had already arrived so we needed to be sure we wrapped up soon and were out by 2. The kids swam and had fun regardless - because they're kids, but this was so stressful and miserable as the parent and party host. We will never, ever return to this business. If you're on the fence about planning a party here- don't waste your time or money.

I live in Nashville and hardly ever have time to drive all the way to murfreesboro to workout for an hour when it takes me about an hour there and back.
