From day one, she's made every class feel welcoming, motivating, and honestly... fun (words I never thought I'd use for exercise ). What really sets her apart is how much she cares. Between Keri's energy, the encouragement, and the amazing women in the classes, showing up has become something I actually look forward to. "Fun workout class" -- said no one ever... until now.

A lot to unpack at this new-to-me class. I've taken a pretty wide variety of chain fitness classes: was an OrangeTheory girly for a while, have taken Barry's, PureBarre, pilates, you name it. I like the opportunity to try new things as it keeps me curious about my body and fitness, so stopping by solidcore with zero knowledge or expectations seemed like the move. This is a reformer-based class that moves FAST - be prepared to live in the struggle and accept it. The instructor did an awesome job explaining the machine to me before class, but the pace is relentless. Which I think is why many folks find this so addicting! I was sore for 3 days after this class and cannot imagine a faster (or more painful, frankly) path to some serious strength gains, given that this workout is resistance based and choose-your-own-adventure intensity. The kicker is cost. When looking at membership details (I attended on a classpass trial) I was pretty shocked to find that 5 classes would set you back ~$170. Not something that's in my budget, but I absolutely recommend trying class and seeing if it's for you. Thanks to the team here for the great experience!

I joined Barre3 Doylestown as a member at the end of January and have not only found the workout that I needed, but have also unexpectedly found a community. Angie (the owner) has truly put together something special and it has been the one workout that I am truly EXCITED to get to and look forward to every single class. Every single instructor I have had the pleasure of having so far has been fabulous, but I have to give a shout out to Logan in particular as her class was the one that had me sold on joining. Her breath work portion of her classes is somehow everything I need to hear for the day and her workouts are always fun and exciting. If you haven't given Barre3 a try yet, this is your sign! I really love everything about this place…read more The new studio is so beautiful. Its still under a little bit of construction so be mindful. When I went into my first class through classpass I didn't really know what to expect. I used to dance in high school and did gymnastics so I was hoping for the best. There were women of all ages and all body types. There were about 10 people in the class. Everyone was given their own mat, ball, and a stretchy band. You also have your own section of the ballet bar. The class moves quickly and works parts of your body that you don't know existed. We were moving the entire time, but the hour flies by. Personally I loved the class. If you once danced, did gymnastics, or heck want to dance, this is the class for you. I didn't get that pretentious vibe that I get every time walking into Lithe. Prepare to have a girl crush on Jillian. Shes a great instructor!

It's a good thing they were only three of us taking the class today. It was kind of awkward for me. Least favorite class I've taken so far from class pass and I didn't feel it matched the class description well. It was branded as a high energy Bey/Nikki/RiRi HIIT class but it seemed more like barre class with hit song's playing softly in the background. I did break a good sweat though, so...Mission Accomplished! I got in a good workout but it wasn't fun or engaging so I'll try somewhere else Update: the manager reached out to me and explained that a new instructor was subbing that course and did a bikini barre class with the Bey/Nikki/RiRi soundtrack which made so much sense. She invited me back to do the actual cLass I signed up for and it was much more fun and engaging than the first class I did

A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon CoreFitness online and I saw that it was close to work... figured I'd give it a shot. I emailed to ask a few questions and my email was responded to within a few hours. Gina, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful and invited me to come and try a class at no charge. You could easily miss the place if you're not looking closely for it. It's in an old building that looks a bit shady from the outside. Inside, it's pretty simple, consisting of a large floor area and some pieces of equipment and mats. The work-out area is kept really clean and there are clean towels for all customers, free of charge. The best aspect of this place, and the reason I give it 5 stars, are the people who own/work there. Every time I go, I am greeted with a smile and I don't feel as though I'm just another customer. The people who attend the classes are really nice and not snooty-gym-goers. There is no initiation fee or contract to sign... and you can tell that they aren't there to swindle you out of money, like many, many gyms I've been to in the past. As for classes, I have been to both the Cardio Kickboxing (taught by Gina or Lawrence) and the Urban Boot Camp. Gina and Lawrence make their classes so much fun. High energy (even when one of them is 9 months pregnant... don't even get me started on how amazing THAT is) and fun routines. Most importantly, I feel like I'm getting a great workout, and having fun while doing so.
