Yet, I am so happy with my choice to switch over to Crunch. You definitely have to find the right times to avoid a crowded gym, but even at the busy time everyone is upbeat and kind. Of course, when I got there, it happened to be the "last day" of a $1 down 7 day free trial, which I could supposedly cancel within the 7 days with no penalty charge. BUYER BEWARE. Bait and switch!!! Predatory business practice!! I was told "the annual maintenance fee will come out 60 days after signing" and the monthly dues wouldnt be charged until 30 days after signing. Those terms provided by one of their employees completely changed once I provided my ACH information. Any calls to corporate aren't staffed and they refer you to your local gym. They have stopped responding to me and have made unauthorized charges to my card. Pretty slimy. Nothing like trying to retain new guests, work with me, or even ask why I wanted to cancel in the first place! Take your business elsewhere! Perhaps the end of my relationship with this gym right? Wrong, they continue with a spam texts. When confronted on the matter, they accept no responsibility for spamming and instead provided snark. I attended the 5:30a class a couple times and really enjoyed the instruction, the motivation and the camaraderie. Austin (coach) has a background in Olympic weightlifting, which translated well (for me) as he had different ways to explain positioning and execution of landing and pulls in a lift. He's offered a variety of scaling options, and encouraged us (individually) to chase an option that would be tough. I'm very thankful that I was able to feel at home, while far from it, at Crossfit Oshkosh! Indy, Austin's dog, is pretty darn cool too!

Weights, bosu balls, exercise balls, medicine balls, they are on top of the trends. Lots of good weight machines also, 2 tanning beds, showers and everything you would normally find in a fancy new gym, but just on a smaller scale. Beth was nice, friendly and chatted to me about her upcoming wedding, the town and the gym. I am a Black card member, and relatively frequently enjoy the perks of use of the hydro massage and use of other facilities. The gym is moderately crowded in the "after" work hours, but nothing like other bigger city PF locations I have been too. I have never had to wait for a machine or treadmill here. Sometimes the area around the weights and mirrors is a bit congested, but usually there's always a bench available to use. The locker room is usually very clean. Fresh flowers often adorn the sink area, and I think that is a nice touch. I've never used the showers at this location, but I think everything looks pretty clean. The staff are quite friendly, and always say hi and "have a good day" when you enter and leave the gym. I don't give 5 stars because it's limited from an overall gym perspective - no pool, no group classes, but it's pretty sufficient for the self-directed fitness aficionado. Free pizza and bagels in the first week of the month are ok...but sometimes you can see the "free pizza" hounds that are only there for free food - that's weird.
