Most of the times I come here, the floors look completely unmopped and the entire store heavily reeks of pee. They are severely understaffed, always leaving just one single cashier to run the whole building, which leads to long wait times. With a store this large, they can absolutely afford to hire a second person to manage the register and keep up with maintenance. To make matters worse, they refuse to let customers use the restrooms, always claiming they aren't public. So many families shop here with small kids, and many low-income shoppers spend a lot of time in the store trying to stretch a budget. Denying them a bathroom is wrong. If they clean up the floors and open the restrooms, this could be a 5-star store, but for now, it's a 2-star experience.

They also had ADDIDAS, but then you have to shop around to find a set because they have tops separate from the bottoms. Everything seemed to be on clearance, yet to me the price was still high. You have to dig to find a deal & something unique. The makeup was abundant. Brands like NYX, Clinique, Lancome. The travel size items were pricey. I can get a full regular size for the same price they are charging for a travel size. That dry shampoo you see in the pic, I ended up not getting it because they wanted $17 for that. No thank you. When you enter the store, you immediately see the designer handbags to your right. OMG, they have some cute items. I didn't come here for that, but they were sure cute to check and the pricing. Why did I stop by, well to browse for a dress. I'm still looking for that elusive dress to say, "This is it! This is what I've been looking for." I was specifically hoping to find a suit set, and with Cassie's help, I found the perfect one. She was incredibly helpful and even assisted in picking out a tie to go with it, which made everything come together so nicely. I also checked out the men's shoes and found a great pair for only $59.97--such a good deal! The entire store was super clean, very organized, and the fitting rooms were spotless. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere--everyone working seemed genuinely happy. Associates were laughing and engaging with each other on the sales floor, and the store just had a really warm, welcoming, almost "homey" feel to it. When I went to check out, Kelsey was so sweet and pleasant. She even offered to put the suit in a garment bag, which I really appreciated--honestly, no other retail store has ever offered that kind of extra touch for a purchase like this. There were THREE sales associates working...or should I say standing around talking to each other very loudly i might add. Not ONE of them said anything to me the whole time we were in the store, which was about 10 to 15 minutes. I know they saw me. Not a hello, welcome in, can I help you find anything, NOTHING. It was so rude and horrible customer service. Torrid is very overpriced, so if you have customers in the store, how about trying to make it a good experience. They didnt even say bye when we left. Keep in mind, I have worked for two other big retailers with a way bigger and busier client base, and I still manage to help as many customers as I can. So disappointing.
