The staff are really nice and helpful. They want to make a sale to get merchandise out the door. The first time I came here was near closing time, and they asked me to come back. So I came back as a bargain hunter. I read the positive Yelp reviews, and decided to explore the place. I spotted a "14-Cup Cuisinart Programmable Coffee Maker," priced at $59. FYI, the price tag isn't the final price. The lady mgr made me an offer.....open box-$25, sealed box -$35. I asked for the sealed box. She said I can open the box and inspect it before I pay. We opened it together, and it was brand new. She said full refund if I return it within a week. Took it home, it works fine. If you have the time, come by and explore this place.

It cost a little more than I expected but worth it. Today, the store wasn't busy so I was in and out within 10 minutes. The cashier was helpful. The suitcase was security locked and I requested it be opened to see if it was suitable for me. Great customer service. However, theft has been on the rise at this location. Now you have to enter and stand in front of a TV with loss prevention until they give you the go ahead to pass the entrance.

Way in the back they have a small grocery area with coolers, freezers, and sacks of rice. They have aisles of canned foods, HABA (health and beauty), stationery, and cheap hardware. Up front, they have a huge selection of balloon designs. Also, incense and candles. Why 3-stars? Narrow aisles and the smell of urine. Your aisles are narrow. Then some are made very narrow by having merchandise boxes stacked on the floor. Someone in a wheelchair will have a problem. Also, your store isn't clean. The checkout area smells like someone used it for a bathroom. Who the heck pees on the floor in a store? But if you're looking for something at a low price, come try Discount City.
