We arrive to pick it up and he's told it's not ready, come back at x. We return and what he brings to the vehicle is a disappointment. The plane hangs vertically like a space shuttle. There are patches of paper missing, various colors showing through the paint, corners of the wings are exposed, and the filling opening is a cutout on the front side with no cover. There is a distinctive unfinished back and the flames are smashed. This is for a high school graduation party. Thank goodness the "kids" will appreciate the fun, because the appearance is depressing. I will not order from the Piñata Factory again.

I called their location and they were so quick in responding that I was able to return there after hours and pick up my linens. I even had three different people from that location. Call me to check on me to apologize. It made me feel good and lessened my stress for the event that I was planning, but I am partially to blame for this. I truly appreciate all of the help and their customer service! I highly recommend renting from this location! This allowed the sharp ends needing to be wrapped so as not to damage the patio floor. I then started to set up the chairs, I soon discovered that the chairs were extremely dirty and scuffed. It was even necessary to sanitize the chairs due to some type of substance on several chairs. The chairs came wrapped in plastic so this surprised me that they were so dirty. We will certainly think twice before using this company again.
