I had only scheduled a basic carpet cleaning and they truly did the most thorough job I have ever had done. My carpet looks brand new, and they were not soaked like they sometimes have been. They were both very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. While we were discussing some of the other options that they offer, (I asked) , it came up that they also did grout cleaning. They called to ensure they had time on their schedule and were able to perform the grout cleaning for me at a discount combined with my other service. Which saved me time and money which was an extra bonus, considering they were one of the cheapest quotes I had gotten. They were both so incredibly nice, it was actually a pleasure to have them in my home. Very pleased with the service and the technicians. I will request them by name the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned.

I moved into this house in early October and the last owners had some strong stains on this light carpeting, and I tried several carpet stain removers to remove then, and nothing worked. Bob and his assistant not only removed those stains but he also repaired a section of the carpet where the last owners dog, ate through the carpet! Bob is a genius when it comes to knowing how to properly clean carpets. He's also a lovely, friendly man, of integrity. I can't recommend him enough. It took one hour and my carpet looked good. I paid $229.00 by check and gave a $20.00 tip. No thanks for the tip. After a good week I noticed my carpet was still damp, and the carpet hadn't been cleaned? In July the same person came back. I moved a couple small area rugs to show no actual cleaning had been done. The stairs weren't cleaned entirely. The attachment left distinctive marks that showed not the entire stair was cleaned. My bedroom carpet, as well as my living room carpet flattened out and looks very old from walking on damp carpet. He did not suction the water from my carpet, leaving it damp. I showed areas where the carpet was flat under my bed where it wasn't walked on. This guy said he didn't know what happened. I told him he left a puddle of water in my laundry room, no response. I called October 25th, asked for a call back and to have someone inspect the carpet. No call back? I purchased the carpet in 2020, paying over $13,000.00. Al Schaller
