I don't think they have any hotels there. My car broke down at Montezuma Well, and this is the closest service station. Did I mention it was Friday afternoon? They cheerfully worked on my sad vehicle for hours, and while they don't have any air conditioning, they did offer plenty of ice water and also ice cream, which is a nice touch. The sign said they close at 5, but they kept at it until they were certain it would get me back to Tucson, meaning they stayed til 6 to take care of me. Despite all that, they did not charge me a ridiculous amount of money.

Navarro was recommended as a place that might be able to remove the locking nuts without a key. They tried two different methods and when neither worked, they agreed to receive a new key that I was able to order, since I had no way of receiving mail in Cottonwood. When the key arrived, they did the job for me and did not charge me. Ishmael was particularly helpful, but everyone there seemed very professional.
