Henri worked with BMW for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he diagnoses, quotes, and completes repairs. Henri has diagnosed problems on-site and remotely for me, and performed repairs that worked. He has never tried to charge me for something I didn't need and always been more than fair with pricing when material items like re-wrapping electrical wires came up as necessity, mid-repair. I would never take a performance car with a lot of complex inner workings to any other mechanic if it could he avoided. Looking at the plug (pictures attached) clearly someone somewhere was in a bit of rush and didn't thread the plug properly resulting in this issue. In addition to really adding torque on that bolt head. Last shop I went to was Cottonwood, AZ so someone is not following up on QC. When calling customer service a secondary patch job was offered, instead of a proper fix. Save the headache, go somewhere where folks are actually paying attention to what they're doing and not just rushing to do the next vehicle.
