Apparently, he was called away for a family emergency and had not thought to cancel the appointment we had. He asked if I would allow him to come give an estimate and I agreed. He arrived promptly the next morning and I'm glad I agreed to it. He was very thorough in identifying needed repair work and his estimate was very competitive. I hired him to do the work and got a place on his schedule. They weren't able to start work on the day scheduled because significant rain for a few weeks in a row had put them behind. Once they started work it was a wonderful experience. His team was very experienced, diligent, and highly skilled. They did an excellent job.
