TO ALL JOB SEEKERS: Don't Walk Away--RUN…read more Let's start with the megalodon in the room, the CEO. Case and point, the most recent Glassdoor review is so abundantly and obviously written by him or one of his "colleagues." No one, even when leaving the best review of a company, would say, "Hard work doesn't go unnoticed here--people who consistently show up, contribute, and take ownership tend to thrive," except for a CEO or upper management team member who wants to control the narrative. That's exactly what that review is a blatant example of--an attempt to CONTROL. That's all he does: patronize, manipulate, build up just to immediately break you right back down. If you want a role where you feel valued for your work and can progress, this ain't it, fam. This is a toxic nonstop interrogation about what you're doing and why your work even matters. Micromanagement much? A few other CEO highlights, as mentioned in various reviews on their Glassdoor page--plus more: ~Talks about intimate topics in his relationships ~When faced with the reviews that mention a lack of diversity (which is 1000% TRUE and intentional) he stated that he is Native American and loves diversity. Regardless of if this is true or not... ~Holds all company meetings after bad reviews to tell everyone "no one really thinks this..." --crickets... ~Known to fire and lay off individuals who are on parental leave--as mentioned in other reviews ~Hires nearly anyone off the street based on vibes, regardless of skill or experience ~Contacts employees while on PTO, at night, and/or during weekends and holidays ~Regular gaslighting of employees about their work (but, hey: "hard work doesn't go unnoticed here"), right? Also, regular gaslighting about professional relationships--see review from May 18th on Glassdoor about supposed "feedback" coming from people you don't even work with. Enough about the CEO. Let's move on to the whale shark in the room. The management at this company is nonexistent. In a fast-paced digital marketing world, the lack of quality management professionals at this "organization" is laughable. But, hey! You can carve your own path! Really? Well, sort of, we all have degrees in nepotism and will promote key "young professionals" in the "organization" who are in the CEO's inner-most sanctum. Good luck and happy stagnation! If you've made it this far in the review, you probably get the gist by now. If not, please take a long hard look at what you want from your next opportunity: ~Good pay? There's better (much better) ~Benefits? See above ^^^ ~A variety of clients and projects? Sure, but again, this agency is a dinosaur compared to others in literally every other department mentioned, so keep looking. ~Work-life balance? Potentially, at one point, if there's a different CEO who's not digging through time logs and interrogating his workforce. If you do work at TriMark, don't bother pushing too hard, though--it's quite certain it will not be seen, nor acknowledged. ~Work from home? Yes. Don't bother going in every day if you're hired. Doesn't make a difference on your growth at the company. In summary, if you're looking for some amazing agency work experience, please keep looking. A variety of clients can be found at thousands of other agencies much better than this one. You deserve so much more. TriMark doesn't deserve 95% of the people there. Signing off, A Fellow TriMark Survivor

This included a new logo, revised content, and site design. The creative team was great as we worked together to come up with a design/logo that exceeded my expectations. They were able to breath new life into our brand. The feedback we have gotten from our clients has been remarkable. Not every agency is for everyone, but for me TriMark Digital is it! If you're a lover of gadgets, inventive and new ideas, co-working spaces, 3-D printers and the…read moreunexpected, I highly recommend paying a visit to DesignBox. It's a much smaller space then some of its "competing" galleries along the Martin St. strip, but it won't leave you disappointed. I never know what to expect when walking in there, whether they're show casing a new show invention, re-useable water bottles, the latest in sustainable jewelry or their awesome 3-D printer, DesignBox gives a new twist to your art expectations. I always love hitting up this gallery during FirstFriday, they also usually offer wine and occasionally even beer (although it's gone quickly, so arrive early in the evening if you're looking for a glass!) DesignBox fulfills anyone's designer/inventor artist search.

The space is more open, and a little bit larger. You can still walk around and meet the artists. When West Martin is blocked off for First Friday's, it makes for a pretty cool spot to hang out. Inside Designbox, you'll find a lot of work by local creatives. Paul Friedrich's nerdy illustrations are always fun to look at. I also really like Michelle Lyon's R-rated stuffed cats. If you go to the store every month, not much will change around. They will always have a rotating main exhibit, but the merchandise will look similar. Still, I enjoy stopping by every month or two. I always find myself buying a gift for someone here.

Fast forward a few years and I actually do have a business to brand and I reached out to her. I was literally giddy. After working with her to develop my branding, I remain giddy. I am a frugal person by nature, and we all know how you sometimes need to pull up the bootstraps at the beginning. This has been the biggest personal investment I have made in my small business and I couldn't be happier. The logo and branding information she developed has made me feel more confident about how I am presenting my fledgling business to the world. It will probably always be the best money I have spent. I was a design newbie and her questionnaires and follow up questions were exceptionally helpful in uncovering my aesthetic and focusing my branding. She was a pleasure to work with and I keep telling all of my friends who need branding help to work with Meredith. Her artistic skill is one thing, but her ability to help you realize your vision is what sets her apart. Stop reading and just reach out to her. You can come back to Yelp and thank everyone later. ;)

I hired her to develop a logo and branding for my small consulting practice. I spent 11 years working in the creative department of a major modern and contemporary art museum, and I'm extremely picky and particular, and Meredith was unbelievably patient, responsive, and attuned to what I was going for. She was professional, organized, communicative, and meticulous. She went far above and beyond the call of duty and did not stop until the logo was exactly what I wanted. I am absolutely thrilled with the final product, and I will not hesitate to work with her again on future projects.
