WOW - it was the most incredible workout I've ever had! And it was so much fun! I haven't felt motivated to workout in months (and have never boxed before), but I couldn't wait to come back here as soon as I left. The community here is also wonderful. Their prices are more than reasonable and the training, well With music blasting to get your adrenaline going and all the professional things a Boxing ring and a Kick Boxing place has, you cant go wrong. I went back the next day and it was a semi private class but it might have well been private, that is how much attention the trainer gives you. Its mostly for teens and adults. But i saw all ages there, girls and boys. You have the likes of Hector Pena , Peter Cunningham, and the mmost amazing one ive been training there with, Bernie.
