So it was a pleasant surprise to find this place at the food court. The popcorn chicken we got was tasty, nothing too special just good. The Hakka dry noodles were good but a bit on the saltier side. You can pick from a variety of noodles so I tried their hand shaved ones which is similar to hand pulled noodles, essentially. It had a good chew, texture and bite to it. The portion was huge. A cute couple owns the place and it looks like it was just them working, so be patient while they prepare your food. The Taiwanese pork chop over rice was delicious and 10.75$ was a great pricing for the amount of food you get. The noodle soup had tender beef that melted in your mouth. They have sauces on the side if you want to add anything, like sirracha and chili oil. Will definitely be back for a comforting Taiwanese meal!
