When my half bath was due for a major refresh two years ago, a friend suggested I go to Norm's Bargain Barn. Concerned that a 'bargain barn' would have lesser quality vanities, quartz countertops and vanity hardware, I hesitated at first. From the photos I posted here nothing could be further from the fact. Loved the results. My husband and I just moved into a new home (built 5 years ago) with a half-bath that lacked quality. First call was to Kourtney Nyga who once again did not disappoint! She 'gets' me and knows my taste. Second time choosing a vanity, countertop and hardware just as effortless as first. Cannot wait to see final install next month. Kourtney is attentive to detail, responsive, knowledgeable. I definitely will seek Kourtney and Norm's Bargain Barn when we undertake the daunting task of completely overhauling full baths in new home. Thank you!

It turned out that the contractor had installed a variety of electrical switches and outlets at a variety of levels which all needed to be set straight before the tiling could be done. I was very glad that we had called in a true expert instead of going with the contractor for the work. Jason was terrific to work with and his work has held for over 10 years. Meanwhile, the grout and calking done by a contractor in the bathroom has been redone several times and has never looked as good or held up well. I am now hoping that the Backsplash Company will do my bathroom tile.

Owen, our salesperson, was helpful in our selection of the perfect wood flooring product. Once the floor was ready to go in, Rob the flooring manager came out to go over how things would work and to make sure that the product got delivered. On the day of installation I met Brian, who was the installer. After removing the carpet Brian realized that there were some issues with the wood floor underneath. Rob came out again and the two of them came up with a plan. Once Rob left, Brian was on it! He was not only incredibly nice, he was professional, efficient, and fast. He cared so much about making sure the job was not only done right, but was done in a way that would make me happy.
