Kitchen & Bath Gallery is extremely unprofessional, vastly overcharge, do shoddy work and refuse to fix their many mistakes. This is the worst company that has ever done any work for me. First off , they charge $100 just to give an estimate. I have never had any other company do that and I have had several doing work on our house since we bought it. They all gave FREE estimates. My husband and I had them to install 2 new toilets, a bathroom sink faucet, ceramic tile flooring in a very tiny half bath, install a shower head( which looks horrible and is an eyesore because of the shotty job they did), remodel our basement shower with tile, install an outside faucet, replace our kitchen faucet, install a non vented range hood, and a garbage disposal. We ended up having them come back several times to fix the things they messed up. First the shower they tiled: the shower floor tiles started coming up the first time the shower was used. They tried to blame us for getting the wrong tile when they never told us what to get in the first place. After several times of them coming out and putting more glue and grout down only for them to keep coming loose they finally told us what tile to get and they came back out to install it. The tiny bathroom where they tiled the floor had grout that was cracking so I called them and they came out to fix it. Well now the grout lines look like crap because he used a different color grout the second time and there is still places where the grout is cracking and coming out. I also told him about the shower head that they installed that doesn't work right and looks terrible. He said he took a picture and would send it to his boss who would get a hold of me about what they could do about it. He never contacted me. To put the topping on the cake. I was using the kitchen faucet when the entire faucet came off the base of the sink. We tried to see if we could fix it only to find that a part that would screw it down is totally missing. I got my instruction manual out to be sure and the part they show is not there so I have no idea how he rigged it on there but it is now off. I called them up hoping they could tell me what happened or come out to fix it since the piece that is supposed to be there is not there and he tells me that I will be charged for a service call. We decided if we were going to have to pay to have it fixed we would just call a professional since they had already screwed it and many other things up. We spent a good bit of money with them and we were not happy at all. I would look elsewhere for more professional people.

The mitigation part went great. Aaron is the guy that was in charge of that and we are happy with that part. Fast forward to having to BEG to get someone out here to deal with putting things back together (the drywall and trim). And that is where things went to hell in a hand basket. They sent a guy named Mike. Who is apparently actually known for doing horrible work that others need to come back and fix. The drywall/mudding was done so poorly a ten year old could have done better. The window trim wasn't even nailed down properly and was so uneven it's was unreal. The painter we are having do the painting came and took a ton of his own pictures to show everyone he works with how awful the job was done. So I sent pictures to the office at crossroads who agreed that yes, the work was unacceptable. So they sent Bobby-with Mike-so he could force Mike to repair his shoddy work. Well redo the trim is more like it. Then they sent another guy-Wes and a different Mike-and they have been AMAZING. Excellent work that they are taking the time to do right. I still do NOT understand why they continue to give work to the idiot Mike. I'll update with his last name if/when I find out what it is. The Wes and different Mike team are phenomenal but man do I regret letting the Idiot Mike in the house. So I guess if you want to/need to call this company make damn certain you are not getting the idiot Mike to do the work.

We…read morehad a 35,000 insurance claim for the inside of our home which included extensive drywall work, lvp and hardwood installation, plumbing , painting. They had one person, Mike , with his son and cousin do all of it. Hardwoods became an issue-at least 20 different places with lippage, and gaps big enough to place credit card in, which I did to demonstrate how big they were, Chris/owner came out and refused to replace it. He opened door to our laundry room, I asked him what he was doing and asked him to close it, he proceeded to open and pointed down to a 20 plus year old transition piece of hardwood and said pre existing condition this is what you had before, meaning I should be grateful for what I have because our floors were showing age, told me I was being too picky and referred again to our pre existing floors. Next day, they bring in another worker who placed filler in the gaps, he had been doing so for 6 hours before we asked him to stop so we would have time to research long term effects of so much filler. Mike, installer, stated multiple times it was a manufacturing issue/problem with hardwoods and pointed to a huge pile of waste where it wouldn't fit together properly, when boss/owner, Chris Lazzelle came he back peddled on all of it, would not stand on his word of what he previously said, asked him why he changed his story, played the semantics game told us, "I said it was a manufacturing issue not problem." Are you kidding me? This is after he told us he left the bright construction light for us so we could see all the issues. We had to have transition strip from kitchen to living room replaced due to not matching three times, when I say didn't match, it was like black and white. Any issue with hardwood or hardwood steps was always met with we will fill it, I understand filler is used in all hardwood installs, but not to fill gaps that I literally placed a credit card in to show Mr Lazelle. What speaks volumes is the fact that the project manager coming on VERY LAST day of rebuild and stated "I'm just collecting information." WHAT, on last day?!?!? We Didn't even know he existed until he randomly started messaging my husband with appointments for cleaning and what not. This was our first time dealing with insurance and or contractors, PLEASE do your homework, we were too trusting!
