It is a black car that got caught in a small rain and some major dusting. Even though the car was dirty when I got it, I just can't turn it in that way. Good customer service on the front end and all proceeded according to plan. The car wash itself was longer and more thorough than others I had had and when I exited, parked to inspect, good job ! We paid for a service that was not fully delivered, and instead of correcting the issue, they refused to rewash the vehicle unless he purchased a membership. That is not acceptable customer service. I don't usually give bad reviews however my wife says other should know. Spent over $220 to get a…read moredetail and still had to spend my own time scrubbing half of the vehicle. When I showed them what wasn't done they said we went through it already didn't even look or want to do anything about it. I don't even think they hand waxed the van and likely just ran it through the car wash and hand dried it. They definitely don't pay attention to the details which is not good when you're a detailed shop. Hopefully this was a one-off thing. Good luck if you choose them.
