I had a situation where my parents were stuck at the Boise VA with a dead battery in their RV. The…read moreVA security guys came out with a battery charger but couldn't charge the battery. They told my parents it was dead and needed to be replaced. I gave Advanced a call and Jay went to the VA to check out the situation before buying a new battery. He was able to jump start their vehicle. What a relief! My parents didn't have to buy a new battery and pay for the install. Jay is one of the good guys! He could have just bought the battery, installed it and then gone on his merry way. But no. He didn't want folks to have to shell out that money if they didn't have to. My dad said that Jay even thanked my father for his service. As a Vietnam Era Vet, that means a whole helluva lot to my dad. Jay was the silver lining to a very difficult day my parents were having at the VA and I can't even tell you how relieved and grateful they were. This is an honest business and I highly recommend them!

The car is a high mileage daily-work car and was in need of a refresh. Marco returned the interior to seriously to a just-like-new-look and a just-like-new-feel. All the nooks and crannies and carpets and mats and trim pieces all were cleaned. The windows have NEVER looked this clean, even when purchased from the dealer. And exterior... Wow! The hand-wash, detailed scrub, and ceramic coating make the car glisten like crazy! Marco's prices were competitive, and his interactions were very professional. He is very friendly. Marco answered my quote request very promptly, communicated extremely well, and showed up and did the job as scheduled (Note: Not all detailers can check all these boxes). So yeah, I highly recommend Diaz Detailing to anyone, and will likely be looking to him for future detail work as I need it.

I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Idaho Express Detailing and the owner Dustin…read more I scheduled an interior detail of my car including carpets cleaned and was quoted $300 for 3-4 hours of work. It was supposed to include a carpet clean so I asked him to give the front carpets a little TLC and that he didn't have to steam clean the floor carpets in the backseat. He was supposed to be there several hours so I was going to leave work in time to meet him there to check out the job and pay him but he called me an hour and a half into the job and said he was done. He said my carpets look great and he wanted to get paid. I took it in good faith that he had cleaned my car like we had talked about so my husband paid him $300 cash. When I got home and checked out the cleaning job, I was mortified. He didn't clean the interior of my car at all. He forgot to vacuum a lot of it, and didn't put any cleaner on my carpets, he just steam cleaned them. I paid for a full service and what I got was a front floor carpet clean for $300. I got a hold of the owner told him I was disappointed and that I wanted either him to come back and finish cleaning it or give me back half my money. He said he would call me on Friday and I never heard back from him. I texted him again yesterday and asked him to come back and finish cleaning my car and I still have not heard back from him. He made mention that he was going to take my cash and go get a new tattoo which he obviously did in lieu of cleaning my car. Highly disappointed in the treatment I got from this business owner and even more disappointed in the service I received. These pictures are after I paid $300 to have my car cleaned. I would NOT recommend Idaho Express Detailing to anyone.

Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response.
