At 8 Cuts, I love that you can choose your own "blend" and I personally hope this further pushes the trend of using freshly ground meat for burgers in the restaurant world. Trust me, it is LIGHTYEARS better than settling for the usual frozen meat pucks or worse, "mystery meat patties". Not that's there's nothing wrong with the occasional Burger Machine visit.
My personal fave is the "Beef Bomb" with the chuck and short rib cuts blend. I think it gives the burger a great beef flavor and good bite. I also usually get an order of onion rings. I suggest you ask them to leave off the BBQ powder they season them with. In my opinion, it kind of gives them an odd sweet flavor that you don't really need with the onions already present. Just a little tip. Also, their salted caramel shake is a definite winner. Take it from me, 8 Cuts doesn't disappoint.
