Machaca is fried shredded beef mixed with onions and peppers and one of my favorite mexican breakfast dishes. Pair this burrito with their Taco Truck verde salsa or their Sunset Salsa, a medium salsa, and you'll be in beefy heaven. It's pretty small with maybe 10 or so seats and some little cultural decorations. The guy at the counter is nice and walks you through the what you're ordering. They have a pretty wide menu and we got the pollo supreme burrito which comes with rice, beans, onions, sour cream, and cheese. The chicken is a chipotle chicken that is tender and flavorful. They toast the tortilla which gives it some depth of flavor. We got it spicy which gives it some but not a lot of heat.
