This Byrne Dairy is just down the hill from the concert venue at a fairgrounds entrance. It was busy with the post-concert crowd, and short-staffed, but nonetheless the late-night workers kept the line moving well. We don't have Byrne Dairy at home, and stopped in with getting some grab-and-go gas station typical eats in mind. But we were pleasantly surprised to see deli ordering options. We ordered a couple of large sandwiches. They ended up not being large sandwiches--but rather HUGE SANDWICHES! The large is essentially two standard size sandwiches PACKED with tons of fresh fillings! And they were not only abundant in size, but also abundantly fresh and delicious! My husband had a roast beef and pastrami sandwich. The meat was sliced thin and PILED HIGH! I had egg salad, which was also generously scooped. Our sandwich artist was FANTASTIC--she took the time to construct the sandwich with our custom topping picks in an entirely purposeful way that helped keep the behemoth-bulk of this mega-meal intact. We brought our sandwiches back to our room, and were thoroughly STUFFED! I could only finish half, saved the other half for breakfast. But it also often has cheaper gas than the whole of the downtown area, so It's a place where I will always stop and get gas if I'm not sure where the cheap stuff is. They almost never have expensive prices here compared to others in the area. I give them massive credit for that. While you are getting gas here please consider going over to Strong Hearts and getting yourself an incomparable Cesar Chavez milkshake. It's one of the best you'll ever have. Try a blueberry cupcake while you're there as well. Now I'll let you get on with your day. Remember, the Speedway is not the way.

I wouldn't recommend C&B Auto to my worst enemy. This review will cover two things: long repair…read moretime and not locking the cars they work on. To begin, I brought my car in for a simple rear passenger side dust shield replacement. This is something i would normally do on my own but I'm not in my hometown and don't have the usual amenities to fix it. Anyways, i called C&B before deciding to bring it there and they said it could be done by the end of the next day, perfect! I bring it there, wait the entire next day....nothing. I call the next morning and not done, all good no worries sometimes a time estimate is wrong i get it. However, this pattern repeated for the 2 and a half weeks, i was carless for 2 and a half weeks. I called a total of 5 times, each time getting another excuse to be late. Although the mechanic was short on hands he never gave me a good estimate on when my car would be done and didn't seem to ever give me priority or care even though i called so many times voicing that my car isn't done yet. This is only the beginning though. Here's the real kicker and is why you should NEVER GO HERE. I finally go to pick my car up, i was upcharged and i was just ready to leave. I open my door, "hmmmm thats strange, mud all over and a ripped up piece of paper with a toilet scrubber underneath it." I grab whatever the hell this is and hand it to hiim, he says "oh yeah we don't lock our cars, so bums like to rummage thoruhg them." EXCUSE ME, an establishment that works with other peoples property and also takes the keys for said property DEOSNT LOCK THE CARS. I would like anyone reading to know that when first brining my car in i saw a sign that said something along the lines of "dont leave any valuables in your car. people have been known to smash windows." So careful reader, does that to you sound like "oh we dont lock the cars, so anyone can go through them" NO IT DOESNT. That to me sounds like if you have your purse on your seat, we'll lock the car but we cant guarantee someone wont break in. So I dont decide to take anything out of my car because the only things you can see are my ice scraper, two stuffies, and a blanket zipped in a plastic bag. Back to my car, the center console was rummaged through, the back seats all had been put down, mud was covering the floormats, the cupholders were thrown on the ground, the headrest had been removed and then put back on, I know it had been removed because a stuffed rabbit keychain i keep on it was taken off and you can only do that if you take the headrest off, and my windshield scraper was fully extended. What was taken was all the coins in my center console, a box of tissues, hand sanitizer, and a blanket my recently passed mother had made for me that i keep in the back. Overall not much financially stolen, but emotionally it was so draining to have to go through this. Please never let anyone you know go to C&B auto, they don't care about your well being or your personal belongings. They never consider the emotions of their customers. I would like to save as many people from the emotional turmoil that i had to go through having to deal with C&B, so please DONT GO HERE.

I have been consistently bringing in different vehicles over the span of the past 6-7 years because it is the closest shop to me all of these except one car I had diagnosed by professionals at monro tire in north Syracuse and for some reason still decided to cut costs let the "skilled mechanics" here have a look at it without fail each time I received one of the cars it was in even worse condition than before I mostly chalked it up to my poor maintenance on my part or simply the cars being older models. Each time I received the cars minimal work was done to fix each problem and I mean each problem. After days of driving on C&B repairs the problems have returned. normally I just take the cars to another shop after and get the problem repaired at another shop. but that one odd car that I solely let C & B auto work on has been deemed unsafe to to even be near. I am not usually one to post online reviews or even a person to go out of their way to spread awareness of a situation but once my family has been put in danger it is a whole nother ball game. I finally brought the C&B car to get diagnosed because of a an issue that had been persisting after around 3 or 4 visits to C&B around a month or 2 ago also paid full for each of those visits and finally grew beyond impatient and decided C&B has finally lost it and proved to me that they have no idea what they are doing which is okay but go get recertified instead of shameful half ass repair jobs moving on took the C&B car to a shop and come to find out what I thought was a small little noise was actually my car basically about to kill it self in a and could have totally been avoided if they actually did their jobs properly quite literally glossed over a major detail that caused my car to become a literal death trap. Putting not only My family and I in danger but also the general public. I can not believe I was actually charged hundreds of dollars for my car to smell like straight pungent ass and nothing more. I have spent thousands here and even took my cars to a shop affiliated with C&B with the same results I am absolutely done with these menaces Reform, new ownership, training something needs to be done before this place is deemed fit to service automobiles again. I mean, I go there 3-4 times a week. This is the first time I've had a problem.. I was getting pizza for my child and my wife. My wife is a vegetarian and my child only eats pepperoni pizza. They refused to put them in separate packaging saying management only will allow them to put two slices per box and no exceptions. Pretty sure they should make accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies. The manager stood his ground. I had to put everything back that I had gotten off the shelf and leave because I was not buying anything if I couldn't lunch for my wife or children.
