I handed the cashier a $10 cash bill and requested 1 Mega Millions ticket, 2 Powerball tickets, and 1 SuperLotto Plus ticket. The cashier immediately demanded my ID. When I asked for the purpose of the ID requirement, considering I was paying cash and purchasing a non-alcoholic product, he responded, "No ID, no sale," without providing any explanation! I am over 40 years old and my age was clearly not in question. The interaction felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Based on the cashier's behavior and demeanor from the start of the interaction, I felt I was being treated differently, and it raised serious concerns of discriminatory treatment rather than a legitimate age verification issue. Although I ultimately showed my ID, I informed the cashier that if they did not want my business, I did not want theirs either. I have been running a business for over 15 years located less than 2 miles from this retailer and the way customers are treated at this location is not acceptable at all!

As if the date of this post the Apple Pay and google pay outside was not working. It was working inside but that defeats the purpose. The clerk did tell me it was going to be working soon. There was also a lot of traffic, so exiting the pumps is precarious. I know that they can't do anything about it but I wanted you to know. Preparation is key to success.

Fortunately, this station was conveniently available right when we needed them! Writing reviews about a gas station is not likely to be read by most people who are only searching for a nearby station and not particularly interested in individual experiences. But as a loyal Yelper, I always feel compelled to write something about a business that I patronize. As far as gas stations go, they fit the bill as being a good, solid filling station. They are conveniently located on a neighborhood corner in which they provide cheaper than most gas prices. Although it was busy, they had a sufficient number of pumps to keep customers moving along, with plenty of driving room to get around the lot. It's nice to have an Arco AM/PM around when you need them, especially when waiting to the last minute to get gas!

Nobody, but at least chevron has quality gasoline. It definitely lasts longer in my car, and paying the extra couple cents per gallon is DEFINITELY worth it. I usually pay in cash, so I usually have to go inside to pay. Lots of the employees I frequently encounter there even remember my face, which is pretty neat considering they probably see thousands of faces every day. They've got great snacks inside too. I usually fill up here and grab snacks on my way back to the bay area (where I live now). I remember about ten years ago, this location closed down for a while and my family and I was so sad, but they reopened! And we instantly switched back to this chevron any time convenience permitted it, which it usually did, since my family lives just down the street. My whole family has always been regulars here and will always be.

It's the only one I go to and feel safe early in the morning. The staff there great every single customer and weeds out the criminals right off the bat. It's nice to know that some businesses still care about keeping the establishment normal and clean without any fear of drug usage in the bathroom/looting/loitering . The ampm down the street is literally the opposite and my friend got robbed by a guy there. Amazing service all the pumps work great and fast flowing. 76 - I wonder if management is aware, that their graveyard staff opens and closes as he pleases. Such a shame.

This corner station on Watt Ave. and Fair Oaks Blvd. is along our weekly route as I travel back and forth to complete tasks of shopping, banking, postal chores, and other random deliveries. The gas prices aren't the best or the worst...somewhere in the middle and competitive if you choose to pay cash vs. a card that comes with a charge. As an added bonus, they have a well-functioning drive-thru car wash. Expect heavy traffic and even a wait for the pumps at high traffic times. That's typical of all the gas stations on this intersection.
