STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Got 2 corn dogs. Went to put mustard on it. It was clogged. I told the clerk. He tried to unclog it and said it was good. I tried again. It was still clogged. I brought it back to him. He tried again to unclog it. Said it is just fine. He did not screw the lid on all the way I found out because, once I closed the bottle again the lid popped off and mustard went everywhere. When I told him about what he had caused because he was the last one to open the mustard container he could care less when I told him. What about the shirt that you just ruined, go ahead and sue me. The 76 car washes are way better than Chevron! This particular 76 has the best car wash that I've had done (excluding hand washes). It's brand new and it also takes credit cards. I've never had a problem with it being out of service or not working correctly. I've had tons of problems at other car washes, including being stuck! Disappointed with the car wash. It left quite a bit of soap on my car. I went into the gas station to let them know. They came out and looked at my car and told me was because of the roof rack I have on my car. I mentioned that for a $10 car wash it should be able to rinse it off. I was again told it was because of my car. I find that interesting because I've had my car washed before at places like this without that amount of soap left on it. I have used this gas station a lot because it is located near my house and I have a 76 gas card. It's usually so convenient and no hassle. However, the last 2 times I've stopped at the station to fill up, all the pumps said "cash only" and one of the pumps was out of order. Seems to me the management isn't on top of things with getting their card machine up and running in a timely manner. In addition, the last time I wanted to get a car wash, it had been closed for weeks, and my receipt had expired. I went in to ask if they could print a new receipt, and they refused. JUST TERRIBLE!! After waiting for 20 or so minutes in a line of cars, I entered my wash code in the machine. The machine indicated the code accepted. I entered the wash, and...NOTHING HAPPENED!! I waited, waited, waited. The car behind me got out and approached and then the driver kindly entered my wash code again. The machine replied "code used". Now, I had invested about 30 minutes, held up several other cars, and had an unwashed car. I drove out, parked, went inside and explained. I just wanted my money returned. The cashier was "too busy" to just return my money..so..I waited..again. After a time he gave me my $10.00 back and I left with 45 wasted minutes and a dry, dirty car. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

The gas pumps are easy to use but can be a challenge when people who are driving do not know how to differ between getting in line for gas vs. Getting inline to leave the lot. Car wash-AVOID This wash was recommended by a friend as being excellent so I gave it a try. Drove out the bay and when my car dried, the paint was completely oxidized to a dull red. Will now need to spend a couple hours polishing and detailing that I had not planned on. Gas prices are good at the station, hence the one star. Hard to get out of when traffic is bad. read more

This business and car wash deserves a zero. My story matches with others here. I went through the car wash two days ago. My car came out sudsy but I had to get home. When I got home, I noticed my car was still dirty! I went back the next morning to get my hard earned $8 back. The cashier refused. He accused me of swapping cars for a dirty car. After much back and forth he gave me another wash. Same thing but even more suds than the previous day. I parked in front of his window. He seemed stunned. I told him the cycle wouldn't go past suds. He told me to do it again and it would be good and he'd come out with me. He stayed for a minute, thought everything was ok and left. The cycle got a little further....it rinsed 1/3 of my suburban. I parked in front of his window again, went in and he told me i was the problem but he'd give me my $8 back anyways. He told me i didnt know how to pull in properly. I told i was excellent in fact at following directions. He still insisted I was the problem. DON'T EVER USE THIS CAR WASH . RUDE. Been going to this station for 15 years and I've never been treated so rudely in my life on Saturday April 13th. All I wanted was gas. I pay cash because I don't trust the card readers in Gas Stations. Everyone I know who uses them gets their cards hacked. Anyway, I went in side to pay to pump and stood there 8 minutes while this cashier fumbled through two simple cash transactions. When the second transaction starting getting more delayed because the cashier didn't know what he was doing I excused myself and put my money down and asked to use pump 2. His immediate response is you have to wait. I never have in the past of course the cashiers in the past where competent at what they do. So I took my money back and said I'd go else where and he said yes to someplace else. Really?! Is that who you want representing your business. Hell No. And I'm never going back after over 15 years. What has Petaluma come to when it's okay to be rude to your customers. No apology. No saying I'm sorry, I'm new or anything. Just plain rude. Shame on the owner of this station. read more
