The pricing is competitive (even for a Chevron) and there is never really a line. It's surrounded by a nice lawn which could be ideal if needing to stretch or let the dog out during a long drive. I really have come to enjoy the market, and would compare it to more of a grocery store feel than a mini-mart. It feels large with its high ceilings and multiple aisles. The store itself is very tidy and offers a great selection of items at good prices. I was always a fan of the beer cooler in the back corner, where you can walk into a completely separate refrigerated area and select from a great variety of spirits. If you're driving down Highway 32, this place will definitely be visible. Give them a go for your next small grocery purchase.

Not familiar with car washes in the area, I found this one on Yelp :) It was conveniently located right off the freeway so off I went for a wash. I wasn't sure how clean my car would get from going through what looked like a very simple and quick "drive through" station but, any amount of improvement was better than nothing! I ran inside, paid for my "quick wash", and was told to enter the number on my receipt at the entrance to the car wash. Simple enough, just how I like it! Drove up to the entrance, dialed the digits on the pin pad and drive into the "dome". It was very quick, aprox 4-5 minutes and viola! Clean car! Well sort of... after the wash, I pulled over to dry my car off and give her a good vacuum. I noticed it still had bird poo on the hood and the back window but, I wasn't surprised. Seems like birds these days have cement doodoo and sometimes it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get off. The quick wash actually got my car pretty clean and the vacuum was powerful too. Gave enough time for me to vacuum front, back AND the trunk area (only a buck got the whole car vacuumed)! Yeah baby! Nothing better than a clean ride, thanks Thorntons!

I didn't even make it into the store yet! Definitely not getting my money now and I will NEVER cone to this store again and will tell EVERYONE I know not to come to this store unless you want to be treated like a criminal for doing normal every day things!

Getting in/out at this location can be awful at this intersection. The grounds, pumps - especially the buttons - are filthy, and the interior of the store isn't exactly pristine. I strongly recommend Thorton's Chevron on East Avenue as an alternative. Everything there works well, and the place is spotless.

They created an entire 3rd lane between each gas lane for a REASON. I think people think they're being considerate by just waiting but so many more people would get through way quicker if they would go forward. Unless people are inconsiderate/thoughtless and park further out when getting gas (which sometimes happens - please don't be that person), you can get through. Idk what some people are on about with the "get less gas mileage than other places" but I completely disagree. I get the same mileage per tank even when I end up having to go somewhere else like when traveling. I find the quality to be high; I've never had any issues with my vehicle after consistently getting Costco gas for like a decade. Hands down my favorite gas. Service is good. They always have an attendant walking around and they are attentive to any spills or needs you request such as if you are disabled, you can honk and they will come to you. Since there's no convenience store, they are focused completely on the gas.
