Last night, I went there to get a quick wash before using my car for business this morning. While rinsing, I kept a close eye on the timer. At 1:07, it shut off without warning. Livid, I found a phone number on the door and left an angry message. I assumed this faceless (there are no people there to speak with) business would ignore my message anyway. To my surprise, I got a text at 6am profusely apologizing. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the owner/manager apologizing and letting me know that they replaced the timer on that particular machine. He also refunded my money, which I definitely didn't expect. I'm really quite impressed by how caring and considerate the owner/manager was. Definitely go to this one. At least you know that if something goes wrong, they'll make it right.

No mat machine to put your mats in. I'm leaving here quite unhappy as I spent ten dollars and my car looks like crap. Not a lot of money but I'd rather pay that to drive through a car wash. Initially I was pretty happy with it, not like I was on his first treatment that was incredible. But for $2000 plus a large tip it should have been. I also question any reviews without pictures! This year he was here and said he had "new and better ceramic" than he hid last year. He was in and out of my house in 4-5 hours. Last year he had the truck for 3 days. It was roughly $1800 ($1300 from Ford for door damage they did and had to be repainted). The last $500 came from me. Fast forward to today. I wanted to get the front end wrapped in the clear protective product. They told me they couldn't do it since I already had ceramics on the truck and it would not stick. They came and ran their fingers over it and said "you had 9H ceramic put on this truck twice in two years?" I said yes. They said well the clear will HAVE NO PROBLEM sticking to this truck. That should not have been the case! So now after the clear protectant goes on I am RE-DOING THE FULL CERAMIC on my truck with a 2 year coating for the same cost as my original coating with Wash Ninja (who really is a one man shop. Cory speaks in "we and us" but it is only him doing the work) Do yourself a favor and go to a business with a facility to do your Ceramic INSIDE. Find another Ceramic Coating business to go to. Revised review. Fully read update above! Wash Ninja is not your everyday detailer. Wash Ninja is FAR beyond anything that you could expect. The level of professionalism, pride, and quality of work are second to none. I did something that most people may be hesitant to do. Myself included. I took a brand new ~$100,000 Custom ordered 2022 Ford Superduty F-250 Platinum with the Tremor package and dropped it off for three days with Wash Ninja. I will not lie; I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my dream truck to someone I had never met before. After meeting Cory and the subsequent conversations, the level of professionalism and attention to detail changed that nervousness into comfort. Wash Nija delivered my truck back in, well, stunning condition. The pictures do not do the truck justice. You cannot reproduce the visual effect of the ceramic coatings in an image. Wash Ninja is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right, and the company could ruin my vehicle with the right tools in the wrong hands. Is that a risk I am willing to take?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), then stop your search for the right company now. He advised me to go ahead and list it, and if I had trouble selling it, we could look at replacing the carpet. It's rare to find someone who puts a customer's best interest ahead of making a quick buck. Taylor could have taken the job, but chose honesty instead. That kind of integrity deserves recognition. So I upgraded to the ($29.99) diamond membership. What a difference in the car wash. You get rainex, wax, a more powerful 3 solution application, extra blower at the end, wheel-shine, and turbo blast fork your side panels. The vacuum system is great, very powerful so just watch for any valuables you don't want to be sucked up. There are 13/14 locations which is great and employees are helpful. Open from 8-8 7 days a week which makes it very customer friendly.

I thought maybe it was a malfunction or something, but when I got an $8 wash again this morning, I again didn't get the undercarriage wash. The car also wasn't as clean as my previous washes. There's still dirt and bird poop on the car. If you come here, pay the extra $1 for the Elite wash. Your car will at least come out clean and you'll get the undercarriage wash. The Standard and Premium washes are a waste of money.
