The people here are great - super nice. But BEWARE THE CAR WASH! You WILL guaranteed have microscratches that will absolutely ruin your paint finish. And it will void the warranty if you have a ceramic wax coating as well. They tell you they have an option to "pull the brushes back" but multiple workers there said that only worked sometimes. This was my experience there. Again, great people here, but definitely stick to a spray or hand wash for the look and longevity of your paint finish. read more

Wash left the car stained... long wait for the few working vacuums... and a weird dude at the check-in, who told me that the sun was the purest form of information known to man, twice, before he noted "People should be outside, reading books in the sun, rather than wrestling alligators and punching birds." He offered to run the car back through the wash if I wasn't satisfied, but I was so weirded out by the whole "The sun is the purest form of information" bit that I bailed. (Also, this particular part of the car wash was self-service, so I was a bit mystified as to why this dude was there at all, rather than using a hose to knock the worst of the dirt off the car--the routine at this place under its old ownership.) I also thought the line of cars waiting for vacuums was some sort of error, as I could see five free stations for vacuums. No sooner had I pulled in and attempted to use one, when I realized that the four facing Atlantic had zero suction and one station on the opposite side (also available) had its vacuum ripped out. Before LUV took this place over, it was actually rather decent, with fully working vacuums and a ready supply of chilled towels. But in its current state, I've had better results from drive-through car washes at gas stations. Give this place a miss. read more

I was apprehensive and very cynical about Scrubbles so it took my family a while to sign up. THE BEST attendants- respectful and responsive!!!! The place is immaculate and run extremely well. Maybe the customer service was off this day. But I found them to be not helpful. He was very rude and demeaning in his approach. The car wash didn't clean my car that great, and it sounded as if hail was hitting it at some points of the wash. One point I thought my side mirrors, broke off, While the free vacuums were nice, the grounds clean and felt safe for the area. I would rather not be talked down to for something that he wasn't clear about the matter, of where the card goes, and when. read more

I finally went to this location now that I live on this side of town and I couldn't utilize my membership fully. They had the self serve vacuum parking spaces blocked off- all but three and one truck was taking up 2 spaces and a car was in the other. The other spaces- probably an additional 10 spaces were blocked off by poles. Why? I have no idea- bad vacuums? Maybe- but there wasn't any indication of such. John and I have had a membership for over 2 years and frequented the St John's Town Center location (we used to live minutes away)- which had plenty of space and the staff were very attentive. This location is in a tiny footprint and without the use of vacuums- not worth the money of the membership. Now I am torn between going out of my way to another location or finding a new business to give my money to. read more

One day I was driving my wife's car by this location and saw a sign promoting soft opening. I tried it out and really enjoyed it. Today I was in that area and my i realized i have had my car for 6 months now and it has not been cleaned since I bought it. So we stopped by and were not disappointed. This car wash has an easy to access entry from atlantic blvd. You pull right up to the automated machine to pick which service you want. They will have an employee there to describe each service. They will also answer any questions you have. Once you are set up. You will just follow the lines to the entry to the car wash. They will prep your car accordingly to the service you purchase. You will go thru the automated car wash. Once you are done you will stop at the manual vaccum stations to manually vacuum your car mats or pull into the location where employees complete the service you paid for. Which way you go depends on what you purchase. It is a reasonably priced service that makes your car feel like new again. The service is friendly. They know what they are supposed to do and jump on it right away. We recommend this place to everyone at the beaches. They do have a military discount. You have to ask for it. read more

I've never left a review in my life but this place is crazy. The guy working looks like he's been standing outside all day about to drop dead from heat stroke, vacuum was broken, and not sure if the tunnel just wasn't working properly, but not only did it barely cleaned my car but it also scratched the paint off. Since ownership changed from Scrubbles to LUV, quality and service has plummeted. No longer does someone spray the front and back of your car before entering the car wash. Often times, someone is not even standing at the front of the car wash to guide you in... you have to wait for someone to appear. With Scrubbles, the Yeti cooler was stocked with nicely folded, DRY drying towels. The last two time we've been to Luv, damp drying cloths were unfolded, dumped into the Yeti, and only partially dry. It was a mess! We had to wring out the DRYING towels before we DRIED the car off. Lastly, Luv eliminated the early bird special we utilized every weekend. So for us, the price increased and the service decreased significantly. We gave it a couple shots but today will be our last. Very disappointing. read more

Purchased the basic $10 wash--the guys brush scrubbed my windshield, front bumper, and tires before sending my car through the wash. They also gave me an air freshener! There is a full self service station after pulling through with long, extendable vacuums, paper towels and a cleaning solution for wiping interior. They off a monthly membership, $30, for unlimited washes. I will definitely be back! read more

When this place first opened it was great but as time goes on it's getting worse. Went there today and tipped the guy $10 hoping I would get a decent spray off and he literally just lightly sprayed my grille. I now have to go to another car wash for my truck to actually be clean. Very disappointed and will not go back or recommend. read more

Let me start by saying I love the Scrubbles at Town Center. We used to live in Baymeadows so it was convenient to go to. We have a monthly subscription. Now we live near the Beaches so we went to the Atlantic Beach Scrubbles. This location is shoehorned into the smallest square footage possible. After entering the wash area, we went to vacuum the car. The Town Center location has maybe 20 stalls to pull into to vacuum and dry your car. The Atlantic Beach location has half of that. Of those, 7 of the 10 slots were closed off due to defective equipment. Of the three available spots, one oversized pickup took up two of them. The third was occupied. One of the best washes I have been to. Customer service is amazing always greeted with a smile. Everyone who works there is great, with free towels, and window cleaner. The vacuums help me clean my car and the monthly membership is amazing. 100% going back to get one. read more

My car was damaged and witnessed on camera. Both the employee and manager took responsibility and witnessed on store camera. GM who was not present said they would not take responsibility and denied to fix. Lack of experience and professionalism. Strongly recommend a car wash elsewhere. read more

Horrible service. They only had 2 employees working the full service side with 5 cars in line. Meanwhile the other 2 employees were at the car wash side doing nothing. I suggest if you come here to get ready to wait or just do it yourself. read more

If you don't go here, you're definitely missing out. It's $10 for a basic wash(only $5 from 8-10a). After the wash, they have free vacuuming, window cleaner solution, all the towels/rags you need, floor mat scrubbers and compressed air. There's also a covered area to wax and stay out of the sun. read more

When I arrive at the location a young man was ready to help me with the payment screen. When I got up to the part where they clean my car I was super sad that they didn't scrub it anymore. The manager came out and told me that they had stopped and he was super helpful with explaining all of the membership stuff to me as well. I wanna start out by saying I thought the employees were extremely friendly and welcoming and had on the cutest bow tie outfits i cant get over. However, the carwash itself was pretty mediocre. After i drove out you can use the vaccumes though which is nice. When i got home my car had dried water marks and streaks all over it which looked terrible. I'm going to get another car wash elsewhere now. read more

Went through , came out , no factory trunk spoiler.. ripped off trunk!! Guy came out from the wash with my FACTORY body part .. the "manager " took photos , 15 minutes later said his manger will not pay for the damage!!.. said the disclaimer sign at the pay window , which I might add is longer than the Bill of Rights.. absolved them of responsibilities.. Today I took my car to Scrubbles on Atlantic. The charge was $25.00. The only thing washed was the outside of the car and that's me sitting in the car as it goes thru the automatic washing process. Apparently they no longer do the inside, however they are still charging as if they do. I could have run thru any gas station car wash for $7, it would have been the same thing. WONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING THERE AGAIN. read more

Great service! I've been twice and I love that they have spray and napkins to do windows and wipe down your interior. The last time I went the machine didn't dry off my car for the last step and the workers noticed this and said it's never happened before (I'm not picky so I didn't really mind I really just wanted to clean my inside) and I pulled of to vacuum the inside and they came over and hand dried my entire exterior. I went to get my car washed here and the two guys that pre scrub the car was amazing. I continued to go through the car wash and then went to the detail side. My car came out so clean and the two young ladies that detailed my car done such an amazing job. My car smelled like a new car. And may I mention the customer service was amazing! First the guy broke off my windshield wiper. Then I had to go buy another one and then go back again to get reimbursed. Then I noticed that the machine ripped off the back of my driver's side mirror. The assistant manager told me that the scrubbers keep ripping off wipers and causing other damages. He also told me that he keeps suggesting that they push in the mirrors because of damage like what happened to my car. He said he couldn't do anything for me and that the district manager would call me the next morning by 9 am, he did not. I waited until 1pm for the call and nothing. So, I had to go back again. The district manager then had to go review the video (which he should have already done before I got there but didn't care enough to). I was then told that because my mirror was previously cracked that they would not replace it. I was in shock! My mirror might have had a small crack but the cover had never come off. So, I said "your machines caused additional damage to my car and your gonna do nothing about it?" His response, that's right. He didn't even offer to reimburse me for the wash, which was $30 so, I demanded my money back. They reimbursed me but they obviously don't give a crap about their customers!! read more
