I went to this location yesterday afternoon. I went here because I had a wash card and my car was very dirty. When I arrived it wasn't to busy, which, is always a good thing. The female staff attendant that was working this day was very friendly and assisted me with my issue. I had a wash card that a vendor had given me in 2024 while working an event at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. I figured I use it this day. So apparently, it was annolder version of the new wash cards, and the price had gone up slightly. I believe her name was either Mariah or Mahliyah. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. The wash process takes about a few minutes and does an excellent job in getting cars clean. I also like the tire shine that they provide as well. My tires were Shiney yesterday. I really like their vacuuming station. The spaces are large enough to fit most vehicles, and there are vacuum hoses on both sides of the vehicle, so you don't have to struggle with just one hose. They also have a washing mat station as well. Overall, it was an excellent vist. Now my car is clean and happy. I'll probably return here again whenever I'm in this area. read more
My biggest complaint is the line backing up at times. There's no attendant where the kiosk is so when there's that someone that's having a hard time. It causes the line to get quite long. I think they should make one side for paid members that have the sticker, or plated. The monthly membership is good for daily use. If you need to run the vehicle through the wash more than once a day then you will need to pay whatever the single wash will cost. The vacuums are great when it actually works. They don't have rags so make sure to bring your own. Overall not a terrible value but there could be some improvements. read more
