I always stop here at Circle K to get cash back; never gas or anything else just cash back. There are no extra fees so for my purposes. FIVE OF FIVE STARS. But all of these great things do not matter now. I'm not going to buy their gas any more. Because within the past 3 months I have been hassled every single time by some "auto glass" guys they've contracted with to go up to every customer with a smile and say "Clean your windshield? it's free!" so of course everyone says "Well, sure!" These guys are using the "free windshield cleaning" as a way to assess the condition of your windshield and then they proceed to hound you into buying their services to fix whatever they decide is wrong with your windshield. I can take once, maybe twice, of someone trying to sell me a service I do not want. But after the 15th time it got REALLY annoying! These guys do not want to take "no" for an answer and when I would say "no thank you" in my nicest sing song voice, they would not go away. Kept talking to me, selling me. One did walk away but then came back and tried again! I JUST WANT TO GET GAS AND GET ON MY WAY! These guys must work on commission or something because they use a lot of pressure and won't give up. I mean, my god, even homeless people at the gas stations know when "no" means "no" and they will leave you alone! So no thank you. This is the most convenient gas station to my house, but I will go out of my way to get gas somewhere else just so that I don't get hassled by these guys any more.

Literally his words, and he delivered on them completely. What set him apart was the depth he went to. He could've just wiped things down and called it a day, but instead he pulled the front seat out to find and clean milk residue that had seeped underneath the rubber mat. He used a leather soft-fill compound to repair a burn hole in the seat headrest and repainted it to match. He restored my foggy headlights until they looked factory fresh. He revived the faded exterior plastic trim. And through all of it, he kept me updated constantly, explaining exactly what he found, what he recommended, and why, with zero pressure. I really appreciate how communicative he is with his clients, it's one of my favorite things to look out for when trying out a business for the first time, and he delivered. His pricing is fair and transparent. That kind of integrity is rare. If your car needs love, take it to Paul. You won't regret it. I showed up to drop off my car extremely stressed out. It was one of those moments where I realized, yeah I haven't shown this car some love in yearsss, and I am happy I trusted Paul to bring it back to life!

He brought everything I could possibly need and was ready for ANYthing our toddler trashed cars could throw at them. He and his crew showed up on time, gave us a run down of protocol, let us pick what we wanted from the price list & they handled the rest. They went WAY above & beyond the call of duty. I was stunned. A few days later, I STILL can't believe my car looks like it does! As a mom who works full time, I have ZERO free time. And I admit, I don't clean or take care of my car like I used to before I had my kid. (WAY different priorities, right!) But Paul and his crew made my car look like it did before of me worked around our schedule and took this headache off our plate. We didn't even have to go anywhere! He's our HERO! End of the day, I got to enjoy my day off and my car looks brand new again! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

EV Charger Expert proposed installing a smart plug that would monitor demand, and should demand overtax the existing service, throttle back demand from the car charger. That cost $1550 plus a $600 smart plug. The work was done quickly and it worked for Night One. I'm happy.

Overall, the job was completed successfully, passed inspection, and avoided a costly panel upgrade. But there were also a few areas where the process could have been handled more proactively. What I appreciated: * Technical expertise & cost savings: My service panel is limited (90A), and other contractors immediately suggested an expensive underground service upgrade. Kirill performed load calculation and recommended using an Emporia Pro charger with dynamic load management. That solution allowed me to safely add both the EV charging outlet and the microwave circuit without upgrading the service panel. * Permits & documentation: They provided the required licensing, insurance documentation and handled the city permitting and inspection process. The final inspection passed without issue. * Responsiveness: Communication was generally clear via email regarding quotes, scheduling, and permit updates. Where I believe the process could improve: We encountered a major obstacle when it was discovered that the crawl space was blocked by a concrete foundation wall, preventing wire routing as originally planned. Initially, there wasn't a clear alternative proposed. I ended up suggesting routing the wiring through the ceiling instead. While the team evaluated and successfully implemented that solution, I would have preferred if alternative routing strategies had been proactively identified earlier in the process. I also want to acknowledge Erin's craftsmanship. When we ultimately routed the wiring through the ceiling, he carefully navigated around existing plumbing lines and made precise cuts to minimize disruption. The finish work was clean and well executed. In the end, the installation works well, passed inspection, and achieved the primary goal of adding EV charging without a major panel upgrade. I would recommend them for homeowners with limited electrical capacity, especially if dynamic load management is needed.
