I've been meaning to leave a review for this gas station for quite some time, however every time I come here I'm so angry that I can't even think about writing anything. Today I stopped-in to fill up one tire with air and get gas. "NO FREE AIR"...I was told I had to pay $1.50. Even with a fill-up, I asked? "YES"...well, then you just lost a customer for life! It's not like the gas prices are the lowest, and the station is always filthy. Service is horrendous! I'll never be coming here again. read more

yesterday March 14, 2023, around 6pm I would've given this gas station more than five stars. The man tending at the register was very kind, very nice, very attentive, even offered napkins since they don't put them out. Don't know who the man was maybe he was the owner I'm not sure, but he was very nice, when I paid with my credit card it was declined at first so the man said he had pressed the wrong button. He changed it to credit card and then it was approved! I thanked him. Today....March 15, at 3:15 PM. I decided to go back to the same gas station as yesterday which was now my second time there I had a great experience yesterday, so I figured I would go again today not quite a good experience today. The older lady tending the register was arrogant & very rude the minute I walked in and then when I tried to pay with my same credit card, the system declined it. I informed her how it had happened yesterday as well, and that the kind man had changed it to credit card and then it worked. She proceeded to sarcastically tell me that it was my card and that decline means no money on my card so it's declining, I tried explaining to her that just yesterday the same thing happened. She did not want to hear that she did not want to hear me talk. She just kept repeating decline decline decline very rudely. There was other customers, so I let them go in front of me so I would not hold up the line. She gasped at that and got upset that I allowed other customers to go before me when there was no more customers I went up and I told her please try again I explained about changing the button to credit card and that it should work she proceeded rudely to say decline decline. You don't understand its decline I told her OK that's fine. I will use a different method. She answered me very sarcastic & rudely and said "you're going to try it again!?!?" at that point I said why would you say that unless you don't want me to be at this gas station she then changed her tone and tried to backtrack, I said no thank you I said I will go to a different place. You are not nice and you are very rude. It's unfair that yesterday the nice man was so kind and today it's a different tune this is my last time at this gas station so I walked out and I will gladly go to a different gas station. I only went there two times and I will not go back. Bring the nice man back it will keep customers coming back. read more

The guy, very understanding. The other behind the counter was incredibly disgusting with the attitude.. who the hell has to drive through the car wash slowly to get the car dried??? Crazy drivers that zoom in off of Azusa Ave. is a problem. They zap in here like they're still on a freeway. Not even slowing down. Gas seems like it's good.. My truck still loves it.. This station usually has low prices. read more

Worst gas station ever. The squeegees were missing except for one and the entire liquid was just urine. I had my mask on a didn't notice until I put it on my windshield. We had alerted the attendant and were just stared at. Absolutely awful. read more

If I could I would give it ZERO STARS! I was on the phone with my husband when he stopped speaking to me because he had someone knocking on his car window. It turns out the gas station worker was yelling at him to move his car and get out. I could hear my husband saying" you don't want my business?" I'm on the phone I'm going to get gas once I'm done!" The guy didn't care and proceeded to kick my husband out. So he left and will never be back to this gas station. I guess the guy would have preferred for the hubby take the call at the pump and risk blowing the place up with the electric charge from cell phone! Good location. They just opened this gas station not too many months ago on the corner of Badillo and Azusa. I prefer 76 over Valero, so I'm glad there's a closer station if I'm ever in dire need of filling up. It's cheaper when you pay cash. read more

gas station that charges for everything. They don't turn on the air pump which u would think if u pump u can get free air. So I ask if they got cash back and they charge 2 dollars for cash back as well. Not stopping here again. read more

I went there last night 9/3 at 12:33mn. The crew named german refused to sell monster drink since he said its closed on walk in. And he told me to go away. Very bad service. I do hope the owner would recognize this message since i always go to this station but not anymore. read more

Not much to write in detail. I need gas, they have gas, I buy gas. Done.. Boom. Now wished they dropped the price instead of raising up the price like every other station. Oh.... They need to upgrade the windshield cleaners. read more

Do not come to this gas station!!! Worst customer service ever and they robbed me!! I came to get gas one night and as I walked into the store I noticed the cashier was busy on her cell phone. I had to wait a bit until she noticed I was waiting for her. I handed her $30 and told her for pump #1 and she was still on her cell phone. I walk out and tried to fill my tank up and noticed it wasn't work so I walked back into the gas station to tell her that the pump wasn't working. She then told me she put "MY" $30 into pump #5 which someone else was using. I asked her nicely why would she do that when I specially told her pump #1. Her response to me was "go to pump #5 and asked them for your money back". Wtf...really?! I asked her nicely again to refund me my money because she made a mistake and put my money into someone else's pump because she was too busy on her cell phone and not paying any attention to me. She not only refused to give me back my money, but was very rude to me. At this point I was really upset so I told her to give me her manager or supervisor's number and she refused to. Since she didn't want to give me any information so I decided to call the police cause she straight robbed me. When she knew I was calling the police she runs out to my car and starts yelling and cursing at me to move my car. I told her I'm a customer so I don't need to move my car and I'm not moving it until the police arrives. She then decides to call the owner of the gas station to come because I had told her I called the police. At the end of all this the owner only agreed to give me back half of my money. I can't believe how the owner handled this situation. It's a shame that he's paying his employees to be on their cell phones chatting and not doing their jobs like they're supposed to. I tried to purchase a soda here. The brand I wanted wasn't available. The attendant never offered to help as I paced the store back and forth several times. I went to the counter with an alternative product. I tried to use my credit card and he was looking at my card as if he was trying to get my numbers. I snatched the card from his hand and he was telling me the card was stolen. I assured him it wasn't and he refused to even let me purchase as he ran me out of the store. I went elsewhere read more
