One time I bought chips from this location and they were stale and expired. Another time the cashier came out from the store and accused me of leaving a car abandoned there. If it sounds crazy, I know. Today I went in with a gift card and he told me they do not accept shell gift cards. He said they don't accept Shell gift cards for the gas pump or for inside the store. They were not willing to accept my card. This place needs an overhaul or it needs to shut down. It carries the Shell name but it does not conduct business like a proper establishment. I will be reporting this location to their main corporate.

The…read moreman tending at the register was very kind, very nice, very attentive, even offered napkins since they don't put them out. Don't know who the man was maybe he was the owner I'm not sure, but he was very nice, when I paid with my credit card it was declined at first so the man said he had pressed the wrong button. He changed it to credit card and then it was approved! I thanked him. Today....March 15, at 3:15 PM. I decided to go back to the same gas station as yesterday which was now my second time there I had a great experience yesterday, so I figured I would go again today not quite a good experience today. The older lady tending the register was arrogant & very rude the minute I walked in and then when I tried to pay with my same credit card, the system declined it. I informed her how it had happened yesterday as well, and that the kind man had changed it to credit card and then it worked. She proceeded to sarcastically tell me that it was my card and that decline means no money on my card so it's declining, I tried explaining to her that just yesterday the same thing happened. She did not want to hear that she did not want to hear me talk. She just kept repeating decline decline decline very rudely. There was other customers, so I let them go in front of me so I would not hold up the line. She gasped at that and got upset that I allowed other customers to go before me when there was no more customers I went up and I told her please try again I explained about changing the button to credit card and that it should work she proceeded rudely to say decline decline. You don't understand its decline I told her OK that's fine. I will use a different method. She answered me very sarcastic & rudely and said "you're going to try it again!?!?" at that point I said why would you say that unless you don't want me to be at this gas station she then changed her tone and tried to backtrack, I said no thank you I said I will go to a different place. You are not nice and you are very rude. It's unfair that yesterday the nice man was so kind and today it's a different tune this is my last time at this gas station so I walked out and I will gladly go to a different gas station. I only went there two times and I will not go back. Bring the nice man back it will keep customers coming back.
