I am recovering from Lyme disease and am trying to avoid additional stress on my immune system. The woman with whom I spoke assured me that personnel would be masked. The service guys just left. I have no reason to think they didn't do a good job on the door. There were, however, no masks in sight. When I called the office back to let them know, the same woman seemed indifferent. I don't know if the service guys were blowing protocol or if the assurance that they would be masked was not serious - I have no way to know. What I do know is that this business failed to do what they said they would do in this instance. If you are someone who cares about this issue, I would steer clear of these folks.

Called Tri County door and they agreed to come out for a $65 service fee. While I wasn't too happy about such a steep fee to get someone out here to tell me what I already knew (hey your garage door is broken and it needs a cable), I couldn't really argue. They came as scheduled and Rickie had our door fixed in about an hour. Here's what I was really happy about - he found the cable wasn't broken but just needed to be put back on the pulley. So no parts charges and his integrity was definitely a cost savings to us! Kudos to these guys. The honesty of their tech saved us money in the end and that is definitely worth more than anything else to us!

My husband sent him the requested pictures and he knew what the problem was immediately, but he didn't have the replacement spring, or he would have come out to repair it Sunday night. He arrived on Monday morning and was really friendly and professional. It took him about an hour to repair the garage door. He left us a pamphlet in the event that we wanted to replace the garage door at some later date as I expressed an interest in that when I emailed him initially. The price was reasonable and he did a great job thank goodness the garage is working great now. I highly recommend him for his prompt response, quality service, value and professionalism.
