I didn't walk down 61 years to get any service to come out and not do the job that I am paying for them to carry out and not listen to me. They didn't know that I had two other companies send their people out ,they changed the price on me after seeing the large TV that I had told them about on the phone. One said we are going to need two trucks ,which would cost me more which I had previously explain I was on a tight budget.thier response was just order one truck it'll be fine we have an extended cab. I want to make it plain I had talk with both companies a couple if times before they even came out to my house. I sent them both packing . Say what you mean and mean what you say.

My agreement was through "Hallelujah Haulers- Not Uhaul, which he already knew when he took my money and reservation. So, guess what? Daryl disappears and leaves me in ruins. I am warning other innocent victims!!!!!!! I have MANY pictures of my house dumped in the street while they went through my belongings, and left in street. My husband's 100$ shirts are being dragged on the ground as one guy said "don't worry, you can wash them." I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!! Then in abject horror, I watched as a guy dropped my portable stereo. Then I needed them to take my old couch to the dump or wherever they thought would be a good place to take it as I'm not sure it had any possible life left in it. The hardest part about the whole process was finding them and deciding whether or not to call them as they didn't have any reviews yet. Their facebook page looked legit and thorough though so I gave it a try. They answered right away and were able to get me in same day. They wore masks in both houses (COVID- for those of you seeing this review later) and wrapped the couch in plastic so it wouldn't get dirty in the van (which they had perfectly swept out from any previous junk hauling jobs). Will definitely use them next time I need a junk haul or one-item large delivery job. Thanks guys!

Integrity in pricing is something I haven't experienced in years. I am generally quoted a low price that doubles or triples, but this time it stayed the same or even went down a little!! On top of that, I was provided thoughtful service with a smile. Just being nice goes a long way, and most vendors don't make that effort.
