AWESOME! First dumpster company that actually answered the phone, spoke with me and gave me advise. All others I tried calling I had to leave voicemails. Ordering the dumpster was very easy and user friendly, great experience. Now, here is the best part, other than Scott actually speaking with me on the phone and calling me back when I asked...I phoned to check the return date, Scott immediately sent me a text with the day and date. (I could have looked at my receipt, but I was lazy). Anyway, poor Scott gave me the wrong date for the return. Keep in mind, they needed the dumpster and could have put somewhere else the same day the pick-up should have been. Scott said no, we are not picking it up, if you need it additional days and didn't charge me. Technically, I should have known the return date but Scott went above and beyond. The drop off and pick-up was a breeze as well, the driver Terry, called prior to both drop-off and pick-up and both were extremely friendly and professional. Red Dog is the go-to place for having a dumpster dropped and picked up at your house. It's the first place I have used that drops off a really clean (seemed brand new) dumpster, VS a stinky old unit. They are courteous and even take great pains to not mess up your yard when they drop down (a roll off) the heavy dumpster. Pick up was equally easy. Great equipment. I also loved the fact that their dumpsters have a large swinging door at the end of them so that you can walk right in with heavy items, VS swinging them over the top (not sure if they all have this feature, but mine did). On 9-22-2023 a 10 cu ft. Red Dog Dumpster was delivered. That was a perfect experience. Placement and cleanliness was excellent by Justin. Communication was superb not only by phone but also by text. Tiana made sure all my questions were answered. Even though these answers were on their great website, she was patient, polite and friendly. We had the dumpster for a week and pick up was seamless. Thursday night, we realized our weekend project of cleaning out my parents house was bigger than we thought... we called Red Dog Dumpster and Scott promised us a dumpster in the driveway by 10am the next morning. To our surprise, delivery was by 7am. Scott said he saw rain in the forecast for later that night and wanted us to have a head start on the good weather!! He turned a headache project into a breeze. Excellent Service! I'm renting from Red Dog for the second time. Every part of the process was easy and efficient. Need to extend the time frame, no problem just call or text. Need to swap out a full dumpster for an empty one, done. Text reminders and calls from the driver to confirm pick up date/ time - great. I was never home for drop off or pick up, but everything was done exactly as requested in a timely manner. If only all businesses functioned so well. Their pricing is transparent and reasonable.
