Budget dumpster was extremely easy to work with out of their Lebanon TN office. Pick the dumpster size you want, they will deliver it. You fill it up, and schedule a pickup. It's as simple as that. We got a 12 yard dumpster, with 1 ton capacity, for 10 days. No issues at all, and a good price. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are a scam, your monthly price goes up without rhyme or reason. Nothing makes sense, they make it a hassle to get in touch with your rep. We ended our contract and continued to receive arbitrary bills. Speak to other waste companies, they all talk trash about this place. Don't even bother. SCAM! read more

We recently rented a dumpster for a garage clean out. They helped me determine the right size for my project, and we're always available to answer questions. The price was so much better than anywhere else I looked. The whole process was seamless, from scheduling, to drop off, to pickup! Great company! read more

Absolutely horrible company. I would give zero if I could. Horrific customer service, took one hour each time I called for a pickup (which took 2 weeks and kept us from our draw to our client), and charged us over double for extra weight. This is the worst business I have ever worked with, they do not appreciate recurring clientele, and are unwilling to work with customers for repeat clientele. They're crooks, anything but "budget" and if you get bamboozled by this company I feel sorry for you. They're not even in this market! They're 3rd parties that outsource their dumpsters. They do not answer the phones, it immediately goes to voicemail. As a contractor I will never use this company, I will tell every contractor I know locally NEVER TO EVER USE this company ever. read more

Absolute rip off. 3 tons of weight on a 30 cube dumpster is an extremely small amount. Wound up paying over $4000 for two dumpster loads which should have cost $1000 from any other reputable provider. Don't think about using them. read more

This company lost the dumpster in their system, left the stinking thing in my driveway for TWO MONTHS and it was only after I threatened to sell it on marketplace that they came to get it with a sob story about a "bad employee not putting it in their system". Fast forward two months to CHRISTMAS DAY when they charged my account $562 dollars for "extended rental". We had four different members of our family call to BEG for removal. This company is fraudulent and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am filing fraud charges on them. Go elsewhere or risk fraud!!!! read more

Budget Dumpster - The amount they charged my account for their error - Dumpster Rental Near Me

process Of scheduling and pick up was very easy. Price very reasonable will definitely use this service again.

Total total scam. Took my $$$$$. Never deliver dumpster. They give a story that the truck is broke. It's coming next day.

breached contract. Was contracted to deliver on Aug 29th which they failed to do. They had delivered the same dumpster to this address not even two weeks prior. Now I had taken Aug 30th off and scheduled workers to come demo the property. No dumpster on site and they claim now it wouldn't fit. This is the same dumpster... this company has not cost me a few hundred dollars in added costs not to mention the hours of time trying to sort out their mess. Read the reviews they tell you all you need to know. Go elsewhere they are not professional in the least bit. read more

I wanted to be ready for my home renovation in Hendersonville. So I set up my contractors and set up my dumpster delivery 4 days a head of time. I confirmed delivery the night before. Was told the dumpster will be delivered between 6am - 6pm. Me and my contractors waited and waited for delivery. Called multiple times and no one has any idea when or if it will be delivered.. waited 12 hours no delivery and no calls or notice.. got a hold of two managers and neither had any clue when or if the unit would be delivered. Here I am on day two of delivery and the manger again tells me sorry Matt I have no idea if or when your u it will be delivered. Can not recommend this company and not sure how they are I. Busy with an operation so unorganized. As the saying goes, "stupidly is doing something exactly the same way and excepting a different result".. This company again left me hanging all day waiting for a pick up and delivery.. I guess I am that stupid to actually think they would have taking my order taking my money and gave me a product.. I do t k ow what I was thinking.. Horrible company, horrible customer service and I can only guess there is such a need for dumpsters this company just skates by... really sad!!! STAY AWAY!!! At all costs stay away!!!! read more

SCAM ALERT. This company is a total scam. First the container was late. I scheduled the pick up date at the time of rental purchase. Later I was told I had to pay for the additional days that the dumpster sat in the way. Then their story changed that the do not schedule pick up, it must be called in for a pick up. Clearly this had been done prior. Then 128 days after I rented the dumpster, they back charged my credit card for overage on the weight of the container. 128 days later???? THIS IS A HUGE SCAM, this company is not a real dumpster company, just a money grab con-artist. The weight ticket was never provided to me as they said they would. Please read their other reviews and choose another dumpster company. SCAM ALERT read more

Service was great. Delivered and was set up with no issues. The driver explained the does and don'ts and to call when ready for pickup. Had the unit for 4 days called on Monday and was pick up on Tuesday. No damage to yard. The price was wonderful cheaper then my current trash provider by 400.00 dollars. I recommend this service and will call again on my next diy roject. read more

If the local dispatch would return corporates call as to why my dumpster is still here after one week of alerting pickup intent, now four business days overdue, I'd give them a better rating. read more

They were friendly, did what they could to give me the best possible price and very professional. They are prompt on delivering and picking of the trash dumpster. Thank you for everything. read more

Great value, great communication. The dumpster was dropped off and placed exactly where I needed it and was picked up in a timely manner. Best price for a dumpster that I have found. read more

They charge you over the phone THEN send you an invoice with their rules that state that customer agrees to those rules. The best part is that they will charge you additional money on your card months later without your consent. read more

These folks were very easy to work with. The usage terms were made clear, the dumpster came on time, and was picked up the day after I called. They were also 20% less expensive than the other company I called. I'll use them again. They understand good business. read more

this company is a third party referral service, I would not recommend nor use them again. The dropoff and pickup time-window was 12 hours, the whole day from 6am to 6pm. I lived in a gated home so that meant I had to stay home all day in order to be sure I didn't miss the dropoff/pickup and be charged a extra $$$. I called to get a narrower time window during pick-up/dropoff and they couldn't help, giving me other excuses except the fact that they were a referral service. they kept referring it as "our drivers" and "our dumpsters" etc.. I tried calling the actual company whos name and phone number were on the dumpster and they said I had to contact budget dumpsters due to their affiliate agreement. If I ever need a dumpster again in the Los Angeles area, I will contact that company directly rather than Budget Dumpsters Be aware, Budget Dumpster is a referral service read more

I researched online for a few days and called 3 companies. The phone conversation was what impressed me. The man I spoke with couldn't have been nicer. He was very professional and helpful. The price was perfect and all went exactly as planned. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Sean n ... I'm out to make money and I lost big time using your company ... and I don't want anyone else to fall in ... full crew pay to wait on site and on the 2nd day late paying them again because your manager lied 2 times and said they was on the way and hours later shows up and I called in 6 times that same day ... and when I rented the other ... i told the guy to pick it up Monday ... so 900 buck is not fair and being reported . .. treat your customers right and you will keep customers ... read more

I do a lot of online research, I mean A LOT before committing. Not only was Budget Dumpster by far the cheapest they were amazing to work with. The company rep I got was named Sean and he walked me though every step of the way - even letting me know what could be extra charges, when the dumpster would be there and even helped estimate the total tons I would need to get the right dumpster (which he was spot on). I highly recommend them to anyone, especially those that might be first time dumpster renters, they will walk you through every step of the way and help you get the best dumpster to fit your needs. read more

Great experience. I called, they delivered the dumpster and I called for pickup. Quick and easy. Rate was reasonable versus other places I'd called. They delivered and picked up in the window promised. Very courteous customer service. Will definitely use again. read more

I had wonderful customer service from Budget Dumpster. They were efficient, delivered when they said and were very clear on the rules for what not to put in the dumpster. When I called for pick-up the call was quick and easy! Thank you! read more

My backyard was paved when I bought my house and 10 months later, we got around to ripping the asphalt up! I called around to different removal companies and dumpster rentals, and budget dumpster was BY FAR the cheapest (by over 50% in some cases). Granted, my rental needs were specific (a lot of heavy material). The customer service was great. I called a bunch of times with questions and was given a customer service representative's direct line, who answered pleasantly and was helpful each time I called. The dumpster was dropped off at 7:00 am so we had the WHOLE 10 days to use it. The driver called me when she arrived to my house to make sure that the dumpster was being dropped in the right spot. When I called for pick up, the next day was the weekend, so they gave us the dumpster until Monday morning at no additional charge. When the driver arrived to pick it up, I honestly forgot that it was being picked up and needed to move a section of the fence for him to access it. He helped me move it and was super friendly and was even friendly with my large puppy! read more

This was the worst decision ever made. Don't give them your credit card or you will be billed bogus amounts. I ordered 2 containers and they said 4 were delivered. Also billed for overages in weights for three of the four. Looks like they are local but you deal with somebody in Ohio...What? Total scam...Watch Out! read more
