Damaged my car and said nothing. Check your vehicle before leaving! I am incredibly dissapointed with my recent experience her. I took my car to be washed yesterday in the evening, Their equipment tore off one side of my license plate. When I got home the plate was hanging off by one screw and could have dropped off during the drive. Because I approached my car from the drivers side when they brought it out, I did not see the dame before I left. They dried the car well, but had to see the license plate hanging. The plate was properly secured before I entered the car wsh because when I got into the car, I saw the plate properly affixed. They had to see the plate and didn't say anything. Leaving a customer to discover damage on their own is highly unprofessional. Make sure you do a 360 degree walk around of your vehicle if you go there to have it washed before driving away from where they park it at the curb after going through the wash. Don't wash your car here I was there on 1/27 and the employee who also what kind of wash you want got in my car half way through the wash to ride it through the car wash my tan rugs now have black spots and footprints and they are fighting with me to clean it. They will never wash one my cars or family car again. I will have to pay to get the rugs cleaned elsewhere. read more

You don't even get what you pay for. I've coming to this place for a while occasionally for a basic car wash which includes some interior cleaning. I like the owner and they do decent work. The last time I went was around 6pm. Now I don't know if it's because it was right before the time of closure and they were tired but the work was EXTRA SLOPPY. They barely vacuumed the car, like I could have done a better job just doing it myself with my eyes closed. I don't expect a pristine interior because this is not what I paid for. But I expect the BARE minimum that comes with the package deal I paid for. I complained to whoever was in charge, he gave some bs speech about how they vaccumed my car for a long time like I wasn't there to see it!!! Gave me a free wash to "smooth things out" instead of doing what I asked for in the first place, minimum vacuuming. I don't care about the car wash! These people are crooks! Adam Rodriguez is the manager and he's a crook!!! I took my car here for a carwash and as I was waiting for my car I noticed the attendant come out in a panic. A second later my vehicle comes out. At this time I didn't realize it but the carwash actually snatched my windshield wipers off my car and slammed them against my windshield cracking the glass. The owner referred me to their insurance and the insurance just denied the claim stating there's no evidence it's their fault. I drive an Audi, and I wanted the same windshield as the one that was damaged. I went to Audi and paid out of pocket, expecting it's a no brainer since we all know what happened. Now they're acting like it's just my bad. I am SO PISSED!! I spent over a $1000 of my money for something that wasn't my fault I was lead to believe would be handled properly. I went here after looking for an oil change spot in my neighborhood so I didnt have to trek it to my regular spot in Brooklyn. I went in about 6pm and they were preparing to close but took me. I did appreciate the $5 discount but I honestly wouldve preferred to pay more for better service. They changed my oil in 10 minutes and nothing else. They gave me a piece of paper that all these other items were checked and I knew that was impossible since they finished so quick. I was going on a long road trip and had to ask them to check my tires and they did and all of my tires were overflated. I was able to hold my carwash ticket for 30 days which I did use a few weeks later. Im sorry but next time I will take my lazy behind to Brooklyn where I know they will thoroughly check and take care of my boo. read more

Once i found the manager and explained my situation he pretty much called me a lier, he was very unprofessional, he raised his voice telling me how wrong I was. I come to this place mainly for the sole purpose of getting a free $9 car wash after the oil change lol. $70 for Mobil1 Synthetic oil for my baby. Staff are quick. They will let you know if anything else is needed by your car such as air filter and even windshield wipers, but will never force you to get it done by them. Wash is hands down The best. I get the special wash at least twice a year done which is about $26 additional. Plus they have a loyalty kind of special. Come get your oil change done and your 7th will be free. Not bad. read more

I'll start off by saying that they have a flawed system, you get an oil job and then to recieve your car wash you need to literally go around 4 blocks and wait on another line just to get the car washed. I told them to shampoo my rugs and I was okay with paying the additional cost, car comes out of the wash and the rugs aren't shampooed. They're also understaffed and based on their price point considering all of what they're lacking its extremely overpriced. Horrible experience. For one, they never get your car clean enough. And their are too expensive. I had my car go through the car wash and one of the guys left my rear window partially opened. The car got wet inside with a sweater as well. Then I told the general manager Adam. That the car got wet inside because one of his workers left window partially opened. Bbbbbbb....BULLSH*T! After a long day of researching for oil change spots in my area, I narrowed down to BLVD... why? because the reviews seemed convincing enough for me to give them a try. According to these geniuses, it cost $190 for Mobil 1 Synthetic. Breakdown of how it went. 1. I pulled up, told the first dummy I needed an oil change pronto, I looked at their oil change menu, Mobil 1 Synthetic clearly said $65.99. The dummy then tells me that price includes 5 quarts. I then tell him "okay, so how much is it for the extra quarts of oil I need?" The dummy tells me he has to check the computer. 2. He pulls my car into the garage. Pops my hood, sits in the driver seat while talking on his cell phone in spanish. Then he goes over to dummy #2. They both crowd the computer screen and speak in a low voice. 3. I walk over to see what's going on, dummy #1 then shouts at me to back off and basically telling me that this part of the garage is off limits. 4. I stand right outside of the garage on the sidewalk, staring at my car and at these 2 dummies and then dummy #1 shouts out ONE NINETY! I then walk over and asked him how many quarts does my car need. He says 8.5, I then tell him it does not cost 190 for synthetic oil change. He gave me a blank stare, I told him to back my car out of the garage. Verdict - F this place. How on earth does 3.5 extra quarts of oil end up costing $190?? If you wanna rip me off, you can try a little bit harder than that. $190 is laughable. I don't recommend this place at all. These guys aren't honest one bit. I called earlier in the afternoon and even on the phone, they told me roughly $70 bucks. So how does $65-70 all of a sudden sky rocket to $190?? Real geniuses working in this joint! You guys must be on crack for giving this lube spot 4-5 stars. read more

Update 2: ** 01/31/14** REDUCED TO 1 STAR I had another car wash there a few days ago. ( I needed an oil change) Sad to say it's gotten much worse. They take forever to clean the mats. (and you pay extra for it) They didn't wipe out the cup holders or even wipe down the center console. The carpet looked like they barely touched it with a vacuum. And worst of all, they stench of the guy who was supposedly wiping down my interior remained in the car for hours. I didn't pay extra for feet and ass smell so, I'm shocked they left some since they've begun nickel and diming for every little thing. That's it. DONE with the place. Sad because they used to be so good. UPDATE**12/5/13 REDUCED TO 3 STARS BLVD "updated" their business model earlier this year. They are more xpensive now and most of the perks that were "included" before are now price individually. Also the results just aren't what they used to be. It's hard to blame them given the state of the economy but it's sad because they were so awesome before the changes. Still a good car wash but, not the best in town anymore. I've been a NYC car owner for 22 yrs. A good car wash is like gold. They are very thorough and courteous. Even when they are busy ( almost always) they give your car proper attention. I stopped here one day out of desperation (car was filthy) and I'm so happy with them I won't go anywhere else now. $16 gets the works and it's really worth it. Inside, outside, wax, polish, armor all........ You might find cheaper but, I doubt you'll find better. I didn't realize they included a free car wash with an oil change. This is my spot for oil changes. They do a good job. Prices are decent. I believe I pay $34.00 and get a free car wash. After 7 oil changes, you get a free one. They always tell you what's not up to par with your car. Whether it's air filters, tires, or transmission oils, they are on point. They don't force you to take extra services off of them. The manager told me- hey, you need new air filters. You can buy them at Auto Zone for this much, or we charge you "this much" to change them for you. I thought that was really nice. I said I'll try Auto Zone, and that was the end of the convo. Not much of a price difference between the two either. I've been coming here for years. I got the VIP wash and after getting in my car, it was real evident that the only thing they did was the exterior wash, vacuum, and floor mats. OK.... When reading reviews for this place, one really has to know whats going on. This place used to be owned by someone about 10 years ago... Their service was ehhhhh.... i guess what ever.. Now, these new owners took over, and the business took off. It was phenomenal. I have been going to these guys over 7 years. A few things here and there still a lacked, but with their new management... It really looked like it was turning around... BUT.... Those few things didn't get better.... eventually they got worse.. As Gary L. mentioned in his post, they pull the prices out of their ass for oil changes, and right after, some Spanish guy runs out and says, "Papi, look, filter, no good, I put new one, ok!" No... I'm not your papi, and I don't need an air filter change, you changed that for me 3 months ago!!! Next: I was getting synthetic oil put in, and it came out to be approximately $80. They have a bogus promotion. Get 7 or 6 oil changes, and the next one is on them... BULL!! i paid for 7 $80 oil changes, and when I got to the free one, they said, oh no regular is free, the $27 one is free. I have been getting the $80 one the whole time.... NOPE!!! So at my first oil change the girl upfront told me that the full one would be free. On my 4th oil change I decided to re-ask and they said too bad. I wanted to at least deduct the $27 out of my 7th oil change, so I kept on going to them for now. The other Spanish guys working there that clean your car vacum... exactly... no lie ... 8 seconds per side of the car.... They do not care about the customer.... The car comes out still dirty and most of the time I have to re-wipe inside the doors. Then I did something stupid the other day. After this horrible winter, I really wanted a car wash, and they were on the way, I didnt want to go to them, but I said what ever, screw it... AND what an Idiot I was.... I pulled in asking for a more expensive and extensive service (interior armorial). The Spanish guy working int he front,who spoke no english, said he doesn't have that. So once they finish drying my car, I noticed that they break my side mirror and claim it was like that before. The "Manager', the same guy that said they dont have interior armorial, came out, looked at me, locked at the car, yelled at a spanish guy to duck tape it and walked away. I said, no, it was perfectly fine when I pulled in here. Let me speak to your boss. He said, no boss, no english, go home... What ever, he walked away. I said can we please talk about it, whats going to happen now. He said hold on, and walked away for 30 minutes to continue working. After 30 minutes of me just sitting there, and this "Manager" not giving a damn. I got into my car backed it up into the driveway, pulled the keys out, closed the car and walked out... NOW... the wash has to close...... no cars can come in, because no cars can come out. This "Ceasar" guy, finally gets the point, and comes running... move the car, we cannot work... All I wanted him to do is have a conversation with me about what happened and not ignore me.. He then pulls the second line in English that he know: Ok, I call the police. I spot him right there and dial 911 myself. 15 minutes later, COPS show up. They speak with both parties. Obviously they have nothing to do here. There was been no assault or anything. They finally get a translator for "Ceasar" and "Ceasar" tell me to come the next day to see his boss. I said could you told me that from the beginning. The officers force them to give me the bosses name and a business card... I then moved my car and left. The next morning, I come back to see this boss. And I know him, i met him a few times when that guy with his partner took over the business, He is a great guy, and I expected to have a normal, sit down conversation. I was not in the mood of fight, and honestly, my mind was set on the fact that they are not going to pay $250 for a new mirror. Once he sees me and find out who I am, He runs out CURSING on top of his lungs. He goes, "let me see you car, look you had a scratch on your mirror already, so it was already broken. You f*cken piece of sh*t. You blocked the driway for 30 minutes, I lost so much business. F*ck off. Get the f*ck out of here... Dont you ever f*cken come back" Sorry for the language, but thats just how it was. So... I blocked the drive way for 30 min, = apx 15 washes * avg$15 = $225 And thats why that business if failing... read more
