Roamed over the other bar where about four hosts/servers were standing around on phones and several more sitting in the booths you had to reserve- ordered two long islands. We had to wait several minutes for the initial bartender to find someone who knew how to make the drinks. We finally got the drinks and it tasted more like a mango margarita??? The music was jumpin- relevant, good volume. Overall an ok experience. Expectations were high after my previous visit. Lack of enthusiasm, bar/drink knowledge and seating cost OAK 2/5 stars. Seeing staff not have the same passion for it always shows in the customer experience.
